Ikos was recommended to us by friends, and we decided to give the Andalusia resort a chance, normally spending our holidays outside of Europe, and with the usual skepticism of the all-inclusive concept. We booked for 1 week, and enjoyed the complimentary transfer to the resort. Upon arrival the welcome from the staff, with special mention to Cristina and Alin, was extremely warm, and we instantly felt at home. We had some small issues once in our room, and in our first dealings with the e-concierge (via whatsapp), but these were quickly resolved each time and our comments were received very well as constructive by the manager who herself came to assist when needed. Aside from that, the resort itself is beautifully maintained, and sufficiently large to never feel crowded at any of the pools or bars or restaurants, despite it having quite a large number of rooms, and high occupancy. The clientele is mostly British, and majority families with small children, or more mature tourists that are on package-type holidays, so as a young couple we were somewhere in the middle, but overall it did not affect our experience- in fact everybody was very respectful and well behaved, including the children, there were sufficient adult-only areas, pools, restaurants etc, and specific entertainments for all groups. The restaurants each had a specific cuisine, and we really enjoyed the variety of each one and the wide-range of food- for this credits to Mirel, who we were lucky enough to meet as he came and asked us (and took note) directly for our opinions, and his team of sous-chefs. The resort even provides a complimentary Mini Countryman (electric) for 1 day of your stays, lunchboxes included, to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. This is a very nice touch, as otherwise, we probably would not have left the resort during our week stay, and would have missed out on visiting places such as Ronda or Puerto Banus. Finally, the entire Ikos staff, was always on hand for anything we may need, were always smiling, and really created a very positive and enjoyable vibe throughout the entire resort. A special mention to Cristina, Alin & Mirel, (who together surprised us with a dinner at the exclusive restaurant Seasons, plus a fruit platter & flowers in our room) and with whom each interaction was a pleasure as nothing was too much for them. We were sad to leave but did so as friends, and convinced that we will return here again very soon!

We’ve just had the most amazing lunch at chiriquito by the sea! We loveeee this place. the food is so fresh and delicious! . Heavenly❤️ The latest is the chef cooking seafood paella outside in the corner!!! the paella taste even better! full of shellfish and flavours! The team led by Darko are wonderful 👏🏻what a team, to name just a few, nadia, winston, david, samuel,, gisela, paola,, honestly they can’t do enough for you. Darko is amazing, super hospitable, (also hosting at Flavours breakfast) , making our experience even more magical. such a great place and a great tesm highly recommend harry and marta o’kelly
We had a wonderful time at Ikos Andalusia. The food, the facilities, the selection and the staff were amazing. A partiular mention goes to the Heroes Club creche that my son absolutely loved. The girls there took such good care of him and when we went to collect him he didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back. It was the best trip we could have asked for.
Such a lovely hotel, rooms and facilities are of world class standards. The food is amazing, pool service fabulous and kids club excellent. The staff are all so helpful. Josh, Erica, Leo & Dora by the Deluxe pool are fab. All the kids club staff. Lora at reception, Dolkar at Churingto. All the restaurant staff there are too many to mention. The sports center are amazing, Pascaquel, Antonio, Miguel, and all of the guys and girls in the sports center. Room service and housekeeping staff were fabulous too. Thank you for a great stay, with my family, 81 year old Mum, sister and her boy, it was great for all ages.
