Ikos Andalusia

1st time here at Ikos Andalusia and we feel our trip has been amazing . We have been to luxury hotels elsewhere so we were quickly impressed. I expect we will return Every member of the team really do go out of their way to make you feel special and comfortable. There’s a genuine warmth from Spanish people that make this hotel feel different . Our check in was smooth with Jerlyn going the extra mile to make sure we were fed after late arrival / having room delivery let Us relax and chill on first night 👍 Rafael from concierge team arranged car booking and golf before arrival and this went without a hitch so we cannot thank him enough. Milama ( hope we got this correct) at main lobby bar is fun, warm and a caring person as well as her colleagues whose names we sadly don’t recall ( so sorry). This bar is so understated but one which we loved before or after our main meal/ dinner. We also want to thank the bike hire staff - they are friendly funny and deal with so many people coming and going all day long ! We had the luxury of cycling to Estapona along the 8km track which was great - there area couple of narrow parts to this track so be careful especially if there are other cycles and dogs coming towards you at the same time 😂! All good though and so enjoyable . The gym fitness area is credible including an outdoor section with weights cardio section rowing machine etc. we did tend to go to adult pool area which was quiet with cabanas free if you would like to lie read or sleep … QR codes allow you to order food and drinks to your bed quite literally. There are books available in main lobby cabinets or near beach club but to be honest , the place is huge and we haven’t fully explored in 6 days. We are vegan and we are truly impressed with vegan menus everywhere - rarely have we seen this in top hotels. We dined on Anaya Thai (9/10), Flavors(9-10), Ouzo( 8/10), beach club(8/10), chirunngis( sorry if spelt wrong (7/10) and pool areas ( 9/10) . There is also French and Italian dining plus ice cream sorbet caninneae children’s area which is a dream - mango sorbet to die for . We do wish all of the staff name badges lit up as We Spoke to them as it is very hrs to remember them all but from the cleaning staff to the pool staff , catering staff, concierge team and reception staff… yiu are all wonderful and 5 stars 🌟 We hope to return to Ikos Andalusia soon 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

At Ikos every meal is good. At El Chiringuito a meal becomes great thanks to the personal touch of general Manager Darko and his team. Located at the sea-front El Chiringuito sparks the holiday-vibe even further. The service is professional, the kitchen acing all traditional dishes. Thank you!

Ikos Andalusia was amazing from start to finish. We were a family with a 3 and 1year old. The kids swimming area and splash pad are fantastic. All the food is insane. I am a coeliac - and have never felt more looked after that this holiday. Lenka, who overseas all guests with allergies, was accessible all day via WhatsApp for any questions or to assist gluten free adaptations to meals, and she made sure to inform me off all meal options /adaptations prior to each booking, and came to each meal to ensure no traces etc and food was prepped appropriately. This was truly above and beyond and made it so so easy to eat as a coeliac/with an allergy, I felt very looked after. Thank you!

We stayed with our daughter and granddaughter and all thoroughly enjoyed the resort. At every turn the service was of a very high standard - from the moment we drew up outside - the restaurants - poolside -at all sports and facility centres . We were impressed with the quality and variety of the food and the focus on guest experience. (- particular shout out for Sophia in Flavors and Martina by the pool !) The all-inclusive was a cut above many other we have experienced. We made use of cycles, tennis , kids club , gym and the nearby golf facility - all worked well . The number and variation of swimming pools meant that there is something perfect for every age group (and height!) There was always some type of entertainment in the evening, from a small show at the outdoor theatre, to piano in the bar , or live singers in the cocktail bar. I would really recommend this resort for a family holiday - we will certainly be back!

We had a lovely trip. Matteo made the experience feel very personal and was always on hand to help. The pools, food and service were excellent. We’ll go back.
