My family love IKOS hotels. We visited 5 of them and complete experience is really amazing. Andalusia is the best of all when we talk about room size, quality of sleep, quality of food, entertainment. This was our second visit. We have a feeling that every employee loves his job. Special thanks to Anita. Beautiful, professional and kind. the only thing which we didnt like is the beach. Its just not Halkidiki (Greece) level. I hope we will come again.

We’ve just got back from Ikos Andalusia, and honestly it’s been incredible from start to finish. It was our third Ikos visit and has to be the best yet, after a slightly bumpy experience at Odisia that didn’t feel up to the Ikos standard and left us slightly let down. Thankfully the Andalusia team have absolutely knocked it out of the park with fantastic service and restored our faith in the Ikos experience — everything is just easy and effortless, with a focus on the finer details. Special shout out to Vicky in Anaya, who genuinely makes you feel like family, keeping our glasses topped up, offering food recommendations, and making sure every meal felt perfect. She does all this whilst being truly authentic and genuinely passionate about the experiences she and the team provide — it was so good we opted to eat late just to join for another service. Thank you, Vicky! All the restaurants provide something different, whether it’s Spanish dancers, sea views, or laid-back beach house vibes. Shout out to George at the Beach House and Darka at the Chiringuito (make sure you don’t miss this place and its croquettes 🤤). Definitely make sure you get booked onto the wine tasting with Alicia, who provides an excellent selection of thoughtfully chosen wines paired with cheese and chocolates, while sharing great insight into each wine in a relaxed environment. She’ll even match your meals in the restaurants with the perfect wine to complement them. Thank you once again for a brilliant experience, and for making our stay truly unforgettable! If you’re thinking about booking at Andalusia - stop thinking & start booking as you’ll not regret!

This was our fifth stay at Ikos Andalucia (and our seventh in the Ikos/Sani group). The food here is still absolutely amazing, and the cleaning and restaurant staff remain as wonderful as ever. However, the management and overall guest experience have sadly declined, and we ultimately left feeling undervalued and frustrated by a lack of straightforward communication. Management & Lack of Transparency We spent much of this holiday feeling like an inconvenience to the management team. While we were frequently assured that they were for our needs, their actions simply did not align with their words. Most notably, we were told that securing reservations at Seasons, as well as accommodating room upgrades, was simply impossible. However, it became apparent during our stay that other groups were actively receiving these exact bookings and upgrades. We understand that availability can be tight, but we would have much preferred straightforward honesty over being given a different narrative. It is frustrating to feel misled. Misleading Amenities We booked this trip expecting our son, Theo, to use the watersports daily, as they are explicitly advertised on the website and app. While we acknowledge that availability is "subject to local regulations," if management knows they are unavailable, they should remove the advertisement rather than leaving it up to attract bookings. When we asked beach staff why the activities were still on the app, we received a rude "I don't make the app." This lack of transparency unfairly forces frontline staff to defend decisions they cannot control. Similarly, our room was marketed as a full sea view but was actually a side-sea/pool view—an issue we specifically flagged prior to arrival to avoid repeating a past experience. Declining Standards & Safety Concerns More alarmingly, we had serious concerns regarding pool safety. The lifeguards were frequently on their phones and assigned dual duties, such as collecting empty glasses, resulting in minimal active pool supervision. This poses a serious danger, particularly in a family resort where small children are present. Other aesthetic and operational standards have also slipped. Simple things, like the cutlery in Anaya, are becoming very dated and scruffy. The wine selection has become noticeably more limited and no longer feels premium, and basic amenities, like the poolside ordering QR codes, are faded and broken. These details all add to a sense that the resort is just not keeping up with its past standards. We are fairly relaxed guests and can easily overlook a few dated amenities or minor operational hiccups. What pushed us over the edge, however, was the repeated lack of candor. It is disheartening to be given one narrative by management, only to discover through unprompted, casual conversations with fellow guests that the opposite is true. We took time out of our holiday to meet with management on our second-to-last day—a stressful distraction we didn't want. While they were incredibly polite, the responses felt like well-rehearsed platitudes rather than genuine accountability. I made it clear in that meeting that this lack of honesty was our biggest grievance, yet the final resolution left much to be desired. It is a real shame to leave a resort we have loved for so long feeling this way, and this experience has certainly made us question if the brand still retains the integrity that earned our loyalty in the first place.
