Ikos Andalusia

We absolutely loved our stay at Ikos. It was a very relaxing holiday and we felt completely taken care of by all the staff. Nothing was too big of an ask and everyone was so accommodating. The facilities are outstanding and everything is kept super clean. We tried every restaurant available and the food and service was impeccable. All the staff at the restaurants were super efficient, which we appreciated when dining with an impatient toddler. The staff at the Flavours buffet were all super understanding and flexible when I asked to move tables due to the birds flying in. The only slight negative was the slower service at the French restaurant Province, we were left waiting for an hour between our starters, mains and desserts which was a bit frustrating with our toddler. We particularly appreciated the e-concierge service and it was easy to communicate via WhatsApp messages. A special shoutout to the baby creche and Maria. Maria and her team were incredible and took great care of our daughter, who has diabetes. They were very understanding and kept us updated on WhatsApp while we enjoyed time in the spa! I highly recommend Ikos to anyone with young children looking for a truly relaxing experience.

This review is written based on our booking of a Deluxe Junior Suite, Seaview 12 night Stay in room 5205: Our stay at Ikos Andalusia was nothing short of exceptional. Immaculate facilities, incredible food and attention to detail, transfers to and from the airport were seamless and use of an electric car, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this resort apart is all the staff. The staff are, without question, the best we've ever experienced. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction was met with warmth, kindness, and a genuine desire to make our holiday unforgettable. It wasn't just great service, its personal service. This is where we felt our stay excelled, all staff, even though busy find that balance of delivering service whilst giving time to chat and getting to know you to give you that personal service. We were greeted with smiles everywhere we went, remembered by name, and made to feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The restaurants were outstanding, the rooms were beautifully maintained, and the entire resort operates to an incredibly high standard. Yet it's the staff who make Ikos Andalusia truly special. Their professionalism, friendliness, and passion for what they do create an atmosphere that is impossible to replicate. We have been lucky to stay in many luxury resorts over the years, but Ikos Andalusia has set a new benchmark. If you're looking for a holiday where you'll be genuinely cared for and made to feel special every day, look no further. A huge thank you to every member of the team including all the ones you don’t get to see, who all make the Ikos work as it does, you made our holiday unforgettable. Alexandru from the deluxe concierge who greeted us when we arrived was so friendly and professional and the check-in process was all done for us whilst we sat sipping a few lovely glasses of bubbles.🍾🥂 Alexandru went out of his way to find us on the resort daily to check that we were ok and that we didn’t need anything, he will clearly go far in his career of hospitality and business - thank you Alexandru🙏 Matteo - deluxe concierge manager, what a personable gentleman! Matteo helped us out with the loss of a significant personal item - my own fault! It had been found by staff in Seasons restaurant and was handed in where it had been secured in the safe, clearly showing honesty and integrity from all the Ikos staff. Matteo is professional, friendly and always had a positive attitude which was very much appreciated - thank you Matteo!🙏 Special thanks to Dora, Erica, Josh, Maria, Alejandro and the team working the deluxe Pool area. Always so happy, had time to chat and kept us topped up all day. The tomato juice and tobacco sauce day was definitely an unforgettable experience 🤣🥵🤣 - saying goodbye was emotional! 🍹🙏 Sia & Jose Antonio the resort head Sommelier’s who are outstanding. On night 3 they assisted with a beautiful bottle of Chardonnay and then continued to meet us at every other evening meal to suggest different red and white wines for us to try. They both explained everything about the wine and had time for a general chat. Two lovely people who again went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and their passion for what they do is remarkable - thank you Sia, Jose Antonio and Alicia!🍷🙏 Thank you to Johan, Kevin, Christian and all the staff at Seasons restaurant for your hospitality and honesty in finding my lost item.🙏 Thank you to Lucas at the main bar who always took care of us in the evenings. Always happy, chatty and kept us topped up all evening. Our Spa experience was lovely - thank you Stella, Anastasia and Angelina. All the staff at Ikos Andalusia are remarkable and a credit to the Ikos group. Thank you for looking after us and we hope to see you all next year. Is it worth the cost, definitely!. We can't wait to return next year.

Superb hotel - everything is of such high quality. From the food, service, rooms, decor, options for food and drink and things to do. Would highly recommend. The staff are superb, always attentive and proactive, nothing too much trouble and always with a smile. The resort is brilliantly designed with so many options for pools, dining out and having a drink. There are always sun beds available and even though it was almost full it never felt that way. It was our first trip to an Ikos resort and we will be coming back or trying another one of the Ikos resorts.

Absolutely insane atmosphere, England game was amazing in the electric discotecca. Constant princess treatment!! Felt utterly relaxed like I was in paradise 🤓🤯😝 Dennis our concierge is a legend and Lucas the bartender is top notch - to top it off a 24/7 room service was life saving

so much fun! great service , the food is brilliant, all the rooms are lovely such a nice place to stay
