Puente Real

We arrived for our 2nd visit here o 28th of May and left on the 4th of june. Our 1st night back there we were given a different room due to a flight then night before being cancelled we were on the top floor of the hotel amazing views and lovely room. 2nd day our room was ready which was a junior suite with pool view same as our previous visit again lovely room cleaned daily. The staff were fantastic throughout the process we we also arranged for a birthday cake for my partner as it was her birthday whilst there which normally has a €25 fee but this was waved due to the room as a goodwill gesture we also received a small bottle of champagne and all the waiters and waitresses came and sang happy birthday the food in the restaurant is normally fantastic with a very good choice we didn't have any issuses but I believe there was 1 one evening that was addressed straight away by the staff. The entertainment team wow they really do set the atmosphere they do a fantastic job and really make you feel like family and again can't do enough I LOVE MY JOB The pool bar staff are great and work so hard and do a fantastic job as does the snack bar toasties are good and so is the chicken and pastries Beach is directly across the road theres a little kiosk outside the entrance of the hotel for essentials nearest shop turn right out of hotel 5 to 10mins walk depending on your pace to nearest small supermarket restaurants and chemist 20 to 30 mins again depending on pace supermarket Macedonia 35 to 45mins torremolinos town centre airport is 10mins away in a taxi Theres also a bus stop outside the hotel 10 to15 mins walk nearest train station Ince again another fantastic holiday great time and even more memories made thank you to all the staff at hotel puente Real again Overall a fantastic hotel is our opinion with everything you may need for your holiday

Lovely hotel and great animation team they really work hard, the food is really bad and not good if your there over 7 days

Returned last week from this hotel. Myswlf and my 15 year old son. We chose a junior suite with pool view abd gor a ground floor right next to main pool, bar and snack bar.. perfect location. Food was great and plenty of choice, above all though the staff make this hotel and are amazing. Xavier on reception went above and beyond. Entertainment team were the best in all the places we have visited before. Already booked for next year and could not fault a thing.

Stayed in a superior room in the main building on a 5 night break. Room was adequate, but the view was great overlooking the beach and sea. Yes the two lifts were a bit slow but never a real issue, being on the 7th floor we used them all the time. Restaurant - overall the food was a bit disappointing, the fresh salads and bread were really the only good thing about the restaurant. We didn’t like the evening meal choice and even when it said it was a themed night it wasn’t. We were offered the upgrade but didn’t see the point Pool snack bar was very good, there was a queue sometimes but the staff worked quickly to get the queue down. Pool bar was good, we used the self service area so never really had to queue. We did take our own bottles as the plastic cup/token system is a bit rubbish. Sunbeds were taken quite early, although during our stay there was a security man taking towels off beds and not allowing anyone in until he opened the gates. This varies from 0815 to 0900 depending on when they balanced all the sunbeds out. It was a case of if you wanted a bed with a parasol you had to join the queue like the others. Entertainment team worked tirelessly to keep guests entertained, lots of daytime activities and evening entertainment. Big shout out to Alexsis and Noa, as well as all the team who made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is slightly out of the central area but it’s a nice walk into the bars/restaurants. We took an uber to benalmadena marina and torromolinos town centre which was reasonably priced. Overall we had a great stay, not sure I would return to the hotel but that is purely because there are others closer to the centre which I would try. Definitely will return to the area as we felt it had lots to look at and so much more that we couldn’t fit in during our short break. Photos are of the beach and room view.

The entertainment team and the show is very great and the hotel too
