We would return! Family of 4 - all inclusive (kids aged 11 & 8). Advice: Take inflatables for the pool with you. Don’t forget your towels for pool-side & beach trips (you’ll be charged if you use the hotel towels). Don’t forget travel plugs - we had no USB points in the room at all (Superior Quad Room) so relied on the 1 travel plug we’d taken with us. Sunscreen & after-sun are quite pricy from the local shops, so take plenty. Close to Malaga airport, so no long drive after the flight! Cross the road for the beach. All of the staff are very friendly & happy to help with queries. The pool area is towards the back of the main building, so not exposed like other hotels along the same street, which was great! The reception area does get quite busy at times, I only ever saw 2 people working there at any point. We had a room in the main building on the second floor - sold as a sea view, which we could see, but the main view was the hotel next door. Didn’t really make a difference as we didn’t spend too much time in the room, but wanted to state it for the purpose of the review. Our room was clean, but the door magnet on the balcony door had fallen off, so made sure to take photos in case we were accused of doing it. The animation team kept the kids busy with the kids club & additional games during the day. Mini disco every evening was a big hit & gave the kids the opportunity to spend more time with the friends they made during the day. The afternoon adult activities & evening shows were all good fun. Generous alcoholic drink servings & great options to choose from - in the restaurant, at the bars in the evenings & from the pool terrace. Food from the pool bar was tasty, but the queue was often 20mins+ wait. The pool was freezing cold all day, which didn’t stop the kids, but wasn’t appealing to us. They also had pool opening times of 12-4pm although the kids were often in there past that. I’d recommend buying cheap inflatables from Amazon or somewhere & taking them with you as they range from €8-€25 in the local shops (I managed to find pool noodles for €3.50 after a 20minute walk to some shops). Buses to Torremolinos Centre can be taken from the road next door to the hotel (approx 10mins - €1.30 each, one way). There were different themed days for each of the dinner servings, which were ok, but to be honest, none of them were great (lacked much flavour) - It’s all inclusive though, so we weren’t expecting too much. Juice on offer with breakfast was very diluted, so wasn’t very tasty. Breakfast food was probably the best - hot & cold options were both good. Few instances where the restaurant was too busy & there were no plates available, so had to wait around for new ones to be put out. We took advantage of the free photoshoot - be aware that the photos themselves are pricy when you add them all up (unless like me, you’re very picky & strong-willed enough to not be talked into buying more for a “package price”). Overall, it was great value for the price we paid & we’d return if we could get a good price again!
We had a really good time in this hotel. Entertainment team was brilliant they are so funny. The hotel staff is amazing. Rooms are good and the hotel it’s in a good location.
Was wicked but nitelife no good But some cracking views
The location is lovely, situated right in front of a beautiful sandy beach. My dad, my brother, and I shared a suite, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The shower had great water pressure, and fresh towels were always available upon request. There was also a kettle and a selection of toiletries provided. The service was truly outstanding—always attentive and ready to help whenever needed. A special thanks goes to the bartender Walter, who made our entire stay even more enjoyable. No matter the time of day, the weather, or how busy it was, he was consistently friendly and brought a great atmosphere. That being said, the entire staff deserves recognition. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s incredible what you get for the price. With the all-inclusive option, you have access to three different buffets each day and unlimited drinks until 11 p.m. I’m very happy that I chose the Puente Real Hotel.
Where do I start. Over all we enjoyed the holiday but that was probably down to the weather and seeing our 4 year old enjoy herself. With regards to food it was awful . Cant even rate it, it was that bad. We ended up most of days settling for chips and toasties at pool bar. On the Last night wife was terribly ill. And although cant confirm we think it was food poisoning. Children entertaining wasnt the best. I would say if you are French you be fine but our child hardly got invited to any activities and we had to ask and then didnt feel welcome. There was one rep named Karen and she was great and made the effort . The kids disco we feel was also on late we felt 9pm was a touch too late. Overall like I say we had enjoyable time but certainly won't be returning. We arent big drinkers so when we do go all inclusive our one pleasure is to experience nice meals and we certainly didn't get.
