Puente Real

This was our second time at Puente Real and we absolutely loved every second of it💕✨ Celia, Saray, Diego and all of the animation team is amazing - like friends away from home! As soon as you leave you’ll miss them and their energy 🥰 Petronela and the team in the pool bar/snack bar is incredible with their coordination skills and structure.🙌 Everytime we leave and get back home all we do is check the prices and talk about going back right away!😄✈️ WE HAVE JUST NOW booked our third stay and will come back next summer. We hope to see everybody again 🥰 As for food and comfort: the rooms are nice and clean with beautiful views. If you need anything the housekeepers will follow up right away - which is really nice. The buffet is huge with a lot of different options which is great for a picky eater like myself and the snack bar has great options during the day! You will never go hungry here😊 All in all it’s amazing 😊🥰🌴 On our last trip: grandmother (age 58), me/female (age 31), male (age 34), daughter (age 13). Kind Regards, Malou

Poor customer service. If you go upgrade to gold.haf a leak in room took 3 days to try rectify. Ended up moving room average entertainment

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Do not be fooled by any reviews stating anything positive. The experience was not only profoundly disappointing but also posed serious safety risks. The listing for this hotel is highly misleading, portraying it as a modern and comfortable property. In reality, the hotel is extremely dated and dilapidated, with decor and furnishings that appear untouched for decades. The condition of the room was unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard. Most alarmingly, the room presented significant electrical hazards: • The bedside lamp was missing its cover, leaving electrical cables exposed, which is a clear fire and electrocution risk.(images attached) • Wall socket in the room also had exposed wiring, further compounding the danger. (image attached) Due to these unacceptable conditions, we felt we had no choice but to check out after just one night of a five-night stay. We secured alternative accommodation at considerable personal expense, which was not budgeted for and entirely avoidable had the hotel been accurately represented. Decor throughout the main hotel is dated, so dated it would've been dated when the hotel was built!!! And dont get me started on the lifts....... Also to note, I have not received a reply from the hotel to date & I emailed them on the day I checked out!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

Amazing hotel, and Arg and the entertainment team were fantastic. Would recommend Arg and his team to anyone, they totally made our holiday fantastic

I stayed in September with family 4 of us in two junior suites that have a had an upgrade and look amazing…rooms cleaned regularly and very comfortable.the hilight for me always is the animation team Arg and his team Diego Saray Celia and Alexis work tirelessly to keep everyone upbeat and having fun which we always do😎😍 can’t wait for next time
