We arrived at the hotel on 28th Aug. We was very apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews, ie food/ques/rms extra Yes we qued to be served on arrival, approx 15/20mins, to be expected, 10 euro deposit for a pool towel, if you want to change it, it's an extra euro each time, you get given a token for drinks, so keep hold of your plastic cup, but you can change everytime you get a drink, so no issue, room was spacious and overall okay, aircon gd and pool view, yes a few ants, now and again, but not infested by any means, didn't ruin anything for us, very quite hotel 1st thing in a morning which was great, entertainment great for the kids, Very clean all over the hotel. The cocktails arnt very gd unfortunately, but beer on tap and pop, however, just to make you aware the cruz campo is ( non alcohol) we didnt realise till 3rd day in, so that shows how good it is. The bar round the pool, you got served quite quickly, even if quing, suckers and ice lollies available next to the bar, crisps from behind the bar, also the snack bar is great, kebab/chips/toasties/nachos extra, staff work really hard, the toilets are all realitively clean, the dining rm que was long, but again, gos down quite quickly, so no issue, lots of variety of food, tbh it was lovely everyday. We felt like we didn't miss out with the gold, so your own preference, 16 euros a day if you want it, we got a sunbed quite easily everyday also and we never rushed and qued to get 1, Don't know why all the negativity, only issue we had was the teabags, if you like a nice brew, take your own, black tea, is very weak, even with 2 teabags in! Dining rm was very clean. Overall had a great time and would definitely go back .

Very good stay here for 10 days will definitely be back, there’s always something to be doing, the whole entertainment team is very friendly and welcoming, especially Celia 😉

Location is lovely on the sea front, atmosphere is fantastic, fun, friendly and plenty to do for all ages, rooms are clean and fresh. Entertainment team argi, celia, alexis, saray and santi are all fantastic, kind and friendly.

I was worried given the reviews. In fact it is annoying how misleading a review can be. I am currently sitting at the smaller pool where you could always get a sunlounger. Nothing wrong with the quality of the sunloungers. Everyone around me seems to be having a great relaxing time too. The pool bar is lovely. Maybe we came later in the month than ppl complaining but we didnt wait long. Pina colado was lovely and i enjoyed the CAVA Rooms were lovely and great views. Soap could be better as was very watery. Same as in the shower and was fitted in the wrong place. Music from the beach area is loud but we are in Spain!! Food was decent. Found something good each night. Pool towels are decent too. Thought it was good value for money and staff were lovely and work hard.
