If my stay here has taught me anything it is that the negative reviews should be used to look for trends. I say that because my review will just be a compilation of other negative reviews. Food was average and the restaurant is chaos. You need to zigzag around the buffet counters to create a meal. The main counter has the same food repeated but everyone queues from one side, a simple chaperone would cut queueing here. They top up food trays so your food may have sat for hours. They wipe tables with the same cloth Drinks on all inclusive were low quality and I ended fed up of them. Seating areas are tired,grubby and not enough quantity. Lifts are in a sate of disrepair. Rooms are updated but workmanship is terrible and unsafe they are not cleaned just tidied daily. We had a noisy neighbour and our complaints were just bounced until we left. In summary food and drink are low quality, I have safety concerns and I found areas grubby, worn and in disrepair. It’s not 4stqr and the tour operator agrees. I won’t be back and I I’ll actively persuade friends and family to avoid.

This hotel isn’t a 4* in my opinion. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in your room. There is also no water provided in your rooms. (Something I’ve never witnessed in a 4* hotel) there was a fridge in the room, empty and rusty inside. The queues for food, drinks and check in are absolutely ridiculous. If you’re going to accommodate so many guests, employ more staff to deal with it. The food isn’t very good at all, when you eventually get to what you would like the other items on your plate have gone cold because you’ve had to queue so long. The hotel is very noisy too. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything when people come in late it’s very noisy. A lot of reviews rave about the animation team, yes they are good but not good enough to overlook everything else. The staff work hard but there are too many problems with this hotel for them to get on top of the job. Very disappointing holiday.

Since we arrived here we had an incredible experience, all the staff os nice but entertainment did our holiday fantastic. We've danced at the disco nights, playing bingo and had so much fun during the cocktails demonstrations. The hotel its close to train stations and bus stops what makes it so easy to walk around and do some sightseeing. All of us have loved Celia!

We've come a huge group of 17 girls and we really enjoyed the hotel. The entertainment was amazing, that girls work really hard. The food was nice and also the views in our room to the beach were amazing

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on an all-inclusive basis and had an amazing time. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful without exception – from the reception, to the bars, restaurants, and the animation team. A special thank you to Sazay, Celine, Alexis and Aszgi – they were wonderful! They do an incredible job making sure guests have fun all day long and always bring great energy and smiles. It was an unforgettable short holiday full of laughter and entertainment. Everyone can find something they like when it comes to food – there is plenty of choice and everything is well seasoned and tasty. The rooms were cleaned every day and everything was spotless. We will definitely come back here with our whole family, knowing that nobody will be bored.
