AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!! Just returned May 2026.. Join the fb page and do your research this hotel is terrible. They have local teens running round the hotel causing nuisance intimidating hotel guests they had smash windows, glasses near the pool which lead to a child cutting their foot! There is no security on this hotel it’s surrounded by derelict buildings full of squatters it’s not a comfortable place to be, there is nothing around the hotel, the Aldi at the top of the road is nothing like our ones in England they don’t sell our basics, no squash for the kids etc. The food here is terrible everything is cold and undercooked - there is not enough staff for such a big resort it’s badly run the only good thing about this place is the TUI rep called Rebecca. Please don’t spend your hard earned money at this dive it doesn’t deserve to be a 4* hotel I’m so disappointed and unhappy this wasn’t a cheap holiday at all!

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our experience was very mixed. The pools were excellent for children and definitely the highlight of the hotel and kept the children happy throughout our stay. However, the food was extremely disappointing and was easily the worst all-inclusive experience we’ve had. Food was always cold and really poor options. The most concerning issue was that my partner became unwell after eating chicken at the beach restaurant and was vomiting for three nights afterward. This completely overshadowed what should have been a lovely holiday. Entertainment was also lacking and not what we are used to with other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at. However the rides and the arcade for the children we loved. We visited Selwo Aventura Zoo and Alcazaba Vive Lagoon which we loved and really recommend if you have children. Overall, while the pool facilities are great for children, the poor food quality and lack of customer service mean we wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel unless you are willing to eat out for your meals like we did. We really recommend the restaurant at the top of the road called ‘Pizza Sushi Taxi’ and uber eats McDonalds

We are here at the moment and felt compelled to write this review because of the food situation. The food here really lets this hotel down. We have tried breakfast, dinner and tea and all were terrible. Firstly the food is cold. Always cold. The beach bar the food is also cold. Food wise this is the worst hotel food we have ever had. The hotel itself is lovely. Rooms are modern and up to date, clean and spacious. The gardens are lovely and bright with lots of flowers and the swimming pools for the kids are the best I've seen. I just can't get past the food situation. Last night for tea we could not find one thing to eat that looked edible. The turkey breast was in a roll. Processed to an inch of its life. I tried something from the show cooking. Still have no idea what it was. Suck a shame as everything else is great. We have had to eat out 3 times as don't want to eat the tasteless cold food here. If the food was any good I would give the hotel 5 stars but they are lucky to get 3.

Hotel has been done up nice but the food has gone down hill, not much of a selection for children beens its a family hotel. Was here in October 2025 and was really good but now in April 2026 not so good, they tend to cater for Spanish people more i.e fishy foods and so on, Good clean hotel overall but food has fallen in quality and selection big time. 👌🏽🍸🏖🍔🏝🙂

This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. It is surrounded by private houses so there is no town to stroll around in the evening. The hotel does run a free bus to Puerto Banus a few times daily. Our room on the 6th floor of F blockwas quiet, comfortable, modern with views along the coast. What was really disappointing was the abysmal standard of the hot food during our two week stay. Awful, poor quality, tasteless and recycled until it disintegrated in a mess. The worst food we've ever had in an all inclusive resort. The free wine is undrinkable, vinegar really. The beach side restaurant is mostly junk food with birds eating off plates that have not been cleared away due to too few stsff. On the plus side the salad selection is good with selections of veg, cold meats, cheeses and the desserts are also ok. There is a beach, hardly used, but bring some water shoes as large stones extend 20 to 30 mtrs from the waters edge. This was our first stay in a Globales hotel. We'll not be booking another.
