Best hotel ever. I went on a day pass and it was amazing!!!!

Hotel really good slides are great for the kids yes food could become monotonous but we stayed for ten days so you'd expect that. Overall great place and clean. One downturn for me was you couldn't walk to nearest town as too far out.

Stay away save your money! How this is a 4 star hotel i will never know. No one speaks english the staff are very rude. Had mould on the quilts and white stains on the pillows the day we arrived took them 3 days to sort it out even though i walked the quilt down the first day. Pools are so busy never any sun beds. My 14 year old daughter got punched by a french man the first night we arrived, staff and police found it funny nothing was done about it. There are no local shops around just a aldi which is ok but nothing special. Ice creams you have to pay for also have to pay for cocktails with all inclusive. There is about 3 to choose from on the all inclusive menu. The food is so bland hardly any choice ive had all inclusive food many times before but this is very very basic. I will not be returning here and i advise who ever is reading this to stay well clear of this hotel. The beach is also like grey dust and huge rocks. There is also a homeless man that lives behind a hut on the beach.

Let me start by saying I'm not a cranky traveller and can let a lot of stuff go but had to write this review so others won't make the same mistake by booking this place. The only positive with the hotel was the number of pools and the waterpark onsite. We never had an issue getting a sunbed at one of the pools but that's where the positives end. The hotel food is very bland, little variety from night to night and the food is often cold. We ended up eating out a few nights as couldn't bear it. The restaurant queues are ridiculous and it's pretty much a free for all. Our room was on the bottom floor and was infested with ants and the cleaning lady gives out when you ask for her to clean it. Our room key constantly stopped working and again the queues at reception are non stop and they are so slow, there should be a separate person who looks after existing guests and others that just deal with check ins/outs. At the weekends they let Spanish in on day passes and the place is swarmed, something TUI dont mention when booking and this just adds to the never ending queues at restaurants and bars. The nightmare entertainment is of a very poor standard and some of the shows put on by the animation team are not appropriate for children. There was no late check out available so we were given a courtesy room but it hadn't been cleaned from the previous users. The location is not great, not much around and the beach there is very stoney. For the price we were charged this was 100% not worth it, much better value elsewhere and I definitely wouldn't return.

Good hotel pools clean rooms nice and comfy staff a bit moody Waterpark great but the food warm at best and not good enough I've stayed in other blobales hotels And had better food and drinks but this one was shocking beer U would need a keg to have any affect watered down rubbish apart from that hotel pools and waterpark was amazing
