SplashWorld Globales Playa Estepona

I have just left hotel Globales playa. And like most I was super nervous to come from reading all the bad reviews. And I can honestly say it’s been amazing. I’m actually baffled at some of the negatives. Yes there was a few ants here and there in the rooms but nothing to bother us. We stayed in the Ibiza rooms on the second floor. Cleaners came every single day (if you didn’t want them too you can just put the sign on your door) the only negative thing I would say is I wished there was bottles of water in the rooms and a kettle but you could get a kettle from reception with a deposit. But no water bottles this is probably my only negative as I like to drink bottled water and usually there provided in rooms but not here I had to buy them from the vending machine pricey at €2.50 for a small bottle but no big issue. The staff are all so so friendly happy to help you with anything. The food was fine in the restaurant the snack bar down next to the slides wasn’t as good for food but ok if you missed breakfast and wanted some toast or fruit and a coffee but amazing for the kids to go fill up on drinks, hot dogs, burgers & chips. But a lovely place to sit with the sea view. You could always find a sun lounger around any of the pools. We took our own for our kids but there’s an onsite shop that sells the rings and they blow them up for you for the kids to play with in the pool. Also sell snacks suncream anything you need. There’s also vending machines. Evening entertainment is ok little kids shows, bingo, music. My son met so many friends he cried when we left because he enjoyed it so much. I would 100% go back here. Please don’t be nervous about visiting this hotel 🥰🥰 We also visited the selwo zoo which is 10 minutes away from the hotel and it is a fantastic day out. 🦓 🦁 🐵

Sun, cheerful, happy, away from home! What more do you want? Moises at the front desk, he was so friendly and went above and beyond at check in, 10/10! Also the young intern girl (Freya...? Not sure of name, dark hair) was also very helpful during our questions about the bus that takes you Puerto Banus 10/10. Both Diana and Franco at the Pool Bar were also 10/10, they knew my drink before I even took off my sunglasses! (Now, depending on how you view, this could be a good or a bad thing, but only on my part!) We enjoyed the food, didn't stay up late enough for the entertainment but for the kids, they loved it and as every parent knows, happy kids equals happy, stress free parents! :D

Only good thing about this hotel is the Splash Park and the rooms are clean.Food is Horrible. Pool area is scruffy. Sunbeds full of Seagull muck. Ants everywhere. Don't waste your money. Never again.

- We have been here a week. - The hotel is excellent, runs like clockwork on all levels. - The reception staff are amazing, professional, polite and very helpful (special thanks to Moises and Monica). - The restaurants/bars have something for everything and likewise the staff are great. - Rooms are cleaned daily, I am a bit fussy about cleanliness but have had no complaints whatsoever. - Facilities/waterpark for the children are amazing. We leave tomorrow but will definitely be back as soon as we can. THANK YOU GLOBALES PLAYA FOR EVERYTHING!

We are a family of 5 and we went from 3rd may to 13th May and I can say for the 10 days we was there from start to finish we had a amazing time 💓💓 - My kids loved the splash park, slides and polls and the entrainment (thought it was the same up till 10pm) - The food was fine we found stuff to eat every night and it was warm or hot so was good for us but its a standard AI so it will cater for everyone - The resturant manager who is pictured to right in this picture was amazing everytime we come to the resturant she was amazing sorting out my daughter dairy allergies even to the point of having special ice lolly's for her out back so she could feel included with the ice creams - the room and cleaning staff was amazing they would change our towels daily and our sheets for us, made sure the room was sweeped and mopped anf the mirrors were all cleaned too , we had no faults with our rooms - madalina the photographer pictured holding my little boy was amaizng from the day we had photos took by to her to everyday we daw the photography staff they where all greeting my kids and playing with them and never ignored us or the kids once - Rebecca from TUI was a angel tooo from start to finish she is a diamond to TUI she is good at her job and a lovely person to speak to too I WOULD COME AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT 💓 they staff and everyone are so lovely from start to finish
