HM Isabela - Adults Only

I will say it's a great hotel, we had room 340 which after checking into the room we were a little concerned we may get some street noise, but in the morning that thought had quickly been dispelled. The hotel is very clean with rooms serviced daily if you wish with clean towels daily if you choose so, we chose to go every other day on towels. Ok the room could have done with being a little bigger but what is the room really for when you re on holiday. We went B&B by choice which was fine as we like to wander and try other places to eat, but going by the breakfast the all inc option would be good too. The whole hotel from rooms, communal areas, seating areas and pool area was spotless all the way. Quite what the pool would be like for beds in peak season I don't know but for us there were plenty of spare beds every day (middle of May). Only slight issue was the Wifi which was not great but again, we were on holiday to enjoy the hotel and island. If you want to there's a bus stop a two minute walk from hotel where you can get the 103 into Palma, think it was 9 euro per couple each way, but learned after it may be cheaper paying by card just remember to tap on and off bus if you use card, we got off last stop on bus which is the bus station, but there are two stops before that which I believe those three stops are all a similar distance to the cathedral to walk. I do think the hotel offered good value for money for our package with a good service provided. Now for an issue but not to do with the hotel, if you want snacks, drinks or water for don't go to the Spar opposite hotel entrance it appears to be quite expensive, you can buy 6 2ltr packs of water just round the corner for at least 3 euro less and even milk was 2.5 euro less for a bottle, but you know what its like when you first arrive and you just want to get some bits for the room. It is located in a very slightly quieter area than the main strip which is a five min walk to the right but to the left some cracking little restaurants available a two or three min walk to the left. One hotel/holiday we will be going back to in the future.

Great stay. Hotel is well situated for access to beach and restaurants. Room was lovely. Great bathroom and shower, nice balcony facing the beach (albeit mostly obscured by trees) and lots of hanging space for clothes. Very clean. Firm beds and comfortable pillows. Pool area is nice and water not too cold. Lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. No need to reserve but some people leave their towels all day. Breakfast good but not great. Coffee from machine too sweet and toaster hit and miss. Good selection of fruit and pastries as well as hot food. Wi-Fi disappointing, kept disconnecting. If we return to Santa Ponsa wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Lovely hotel great location, rooms small but ok , confused about having a kettle which was ok as long as you like black tea nocoffee or milk supplied, food ok

Just back from staying at the isabella, hotel was lovely, very clean and modern and the majority of the staff were very friendly, the breakfast in our opinion was great. Pool is lovely and its in a great location, we stayed in a double room with a pool view and the beds were very comfortable...however! 1. The noise in the hotel is shocking, screaming and shouting from guests coming in from nights out not just outside which i would understand but also on the stairs, on the corridors, we did mention is politely to the night security and he said it wasnt noisy at all which we found weird. But that night the noise was reduced to a minimum. Which we were great full to finally get a full night sleep. From the 9nights we stayed the noise level meant we had 2 full night sleeps! 2. We had a room with an adjourning door and could hear the full conversations and domestic arguments from guests at 2am!! 3. We had extended our stay and paid for this a day prior to leaving, our room card had stopped working so I went to ask for the key to be reset as we couldn't get back into the room when explaining to the receptionist (long dark hair and glasses) I was met to a very rude attiutude who said we should have checked out at 11am but her aggressive and patronising demour was non acceptable. When another receptionist stepped in who I dealt with to extend our stay and sorted the problem she was very approachable and friendly. But also our room was not cleaned that day. We wouldn't stay in this hotel again which is a shame but due to the noise as we have stayed in many other hotels in Santa ponsa before and never experienced this!

Rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. From the sun terrace you have a lovely view of the beautiful beach which is a stone throw away. There is a free safe and useful free WiFi. We stayed bed and breakfast which had everything you need, tea, coffee, cereals, toast,hot and cold meats, with all sorts of eggs, you know, fried scrambled,omelets made up fresh. We would stay here again as our first choice accommodation in Santa Ponsa.
