Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a property advertised as a 4-star all-inclusive resort. The “all-inclusive” concept is highly misleading. Many basic services and products still require additional payment, including ice cream for children, which is unacceptable for a family-oriented hotel. Snacks during the day were extremely limited, leaving guests with very few options outside the main restaurant hours. One of the most concerning issues was the quality of the water served at the bars. The water had an unpleasant smell and unusual taste, yet the hotel did not provide sealed bottled water. As a result, we were forced to purchase bottled water daily for our children, creating unnecessary additional expenses during what was supposed to be an all-inclusive holiday. The elevator situation was equally unacceptable. Waiting times regularly exceeded several minutes, and elderly guests were frequently forced to use the stairs due to overcrowding and poor elevator operation. This reflects very poor planning and infrastructure management for a hotel accommodating large numbers of guests. The food quality and restaurant experience did not meet expectations. The menu lacked variety, the meals became repetitive very quickly, and the overall dining experience felt more focused on limitation than hospitality. Even obtaining soft drinks required repeated room key verification, which created unnecessary inconvenience for guests. The professionalism of the reception staff was particularly disappointing. Concerns raised by guests were not handled appropriately, and during one discussion, a receptionist stated: “You can go to another hotel if you don’t like something.” Such a response is entirely inappropriate in the hospitality industry and demonstrates a serious lack of customer care and professionalism. The entertainment program was also poor, especially for children. The playground lacked adequate facilities and organized activities, while adult entertainment was repetitive and largely ignored by guests. During our stay, we spoke with several other guests who expressed very similar frustrations regarding the food quality, elevator delays, poor organization, rude staff behavior, and the misleading all-inclusive service. It was clear these were not isolated incidents but recurring issues experienced by many visitors. The only positive aspects of the hotel were the renovated rooms, the friendly animation staff, and the excellent beachfront location. Unfortunately, these positives are not enough to compensate for the overall poor experience. In its current condition, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families or travelers seeking a genuine all-inclusive vacation experience.

Situated at the beginning of Peguera, Vibra Beverley Playa is very large hotel with 9 floors. We opted for bed and breakfast, with a sea view which was stunning. The choice of food was very good, however, as the hotel is very big, the restaurant was very busy. The restaurant staff were superb and also all other staff. The only slight negative was the room was a bit tight for space at the bottom of the beds.

Top tips. Ignore bad reviews on all inclusive,'it's all inclusive' food is good loads of choice you won't starve unless you are a really really fussy eater.Upgrade your room ask for floors 2 or 3 with sea view so you can use stairs when lifts are busy.Bring a kettle if you want cuppa in morning.Beer is Estrella but don't have wine from tap ask for cava(sparkling wine) it's cold and good.Use top pool it's quieter and close to snack bar and lobby bar.Bring towel pegs for sunbeds was windy when we were there.Road works on bottom part of main road so some noise from 8am onwards but stopping from 31st May until October.Not cheap to eat out £30 plus for a steak.Only bbc news on tv and kiss fm for music.Eat before 830 am and 2030 pm unless it gets really busy.Dont eat outside the birds will have you.Dont have a massage in hotel its expensive for what you get.Chill out and don't let the rest intimidate you just act like them,you know who I mean.Good luck at Palma airport it's an absolute nightmare and stressful.Have a nice holiday there,we did.

Location is absolutely fantastic, atmosphere can be hit and miss, rooms are great if you have a sea view other wise pretty basic beds are okay ish if you like a hard mattress and they’re really high off the floor and our room did have some stains and wear and tear, not worth the value of a 4 star, cleanliness is top tier in some areas, noise is also top tier we slept with our window open and all we heard is the sea crashing the shore with the birds chirping away, service is okay overall a goodish hotel just very mid food

Location was perfect. Rooms were comfortable and plenty of hot water. No bottles of water in room and not coffee facility. Beds were very comfortable. We were All Inclusive and had to wear a silly arm band, we were also issued a disc to access a plastic beaker for our drinks. Have tried to drink wine or cocktails from a plastic beaker? It’s demeaning and tastes strange. I have been All Inclusive before and never been expected to get my drinks like this. The restaurant was a canteen with plastic chairs and tables. Self service and same food every day. My friends and I will not be booking another holiday at Vibra hotels . The discotheque was a tired room, very unwelcoming. The 2 shows we saw were good but the bar closed early. If you want cheap and plastic or hen or stag do’s then this would be ideal.
