Alua Boccaccio

Upon pulling up the the hotel, and first stepping door in the door yoi could smell the cleanliness. The reception staff were all friendly - we arrived at around 1pm and the room would not be available until after 3pm however we had full access to luggage storage and all inclusive lunch and drinks. By 2.30pm we checked to see if the room was ready, which it was. The room as reported by others is small, not much space, but had everything you needed, included a safe (€3 a day plus €5 deposit) which was easy to use, fridge, ample wardrobe space (side note rhe hair dryer didnt work, but I was able to get a spare from reception for €10 deposit). The breakfast was much of the same, eggs (about 4 different ways), fruit, yoghurts, bacon, sausages, duchess potatoes, cereals, cheeses, hams, fresh pastries, bread, baguettes, teas, and coffee machines with decent coffee (including de-caf). Lunches there were lots of different things but always salads, pizza and breads. With dinner including curries, paella, pizza, pastas, freshly grilled 2 types of meat/fish a day such as hake, dogfish, beef, pork, chicken, veal, and ribs from memory. The drink select was good, I personally enjoyed the cava and white wine (they had red, white and rose’), I tried the cocktails and they were good, bit sweet for me, but tried most of them, also an evening baileys hit the spot. The whole time we commented on how clean every where was from the bedrooms, to the toilets, the seating areas, restaurants, pools, even general the outside streets. The local is 5 mins straight walk the the beach. There is an Alua bar situated across the wooden bridge behind the restaurant which is ease enough find, although theu only have 4 of the cocktails on there, but still a wide range of spirits and wines. Negatives - nots many but the sunbeds were all reserved by the main pool really early, although we always managed to get one by the smaller pool. The trees kind of keep it shady for most part of the morning, but you can manoeuvre them around to suit so not a massive negative. The kids entertainment started at 9pm with main entertainment at 9.30 - the music cut out on 3 occasions. The drinks Menu was only available by QR code as was the bingo, not sure if there was an alternative to either as I was fine but I was with my 70+ mum. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, other than the few bits above I couldn’t fault it really. Very happy with our stay.

Great stay. Very clean hotel. Good food with fresh vegetable options. Lots of choice for salads and delicious desserts. Staff professional and friendly. The rooms are slighly on the smaller side but are immaculate and have good working air con and comfy large beds. There is some great seating areas outside and the restaurant overlooks the lagoon at the back and side.Very close to the beach only a 3 min walk with a beach bar for all inclusive. The beach is very clean and huge with plenty of space if you dont want sunbeds. Sunbeds on the beach 9 euros each for the day with lockers for valuables. The sea is shallow and very safe with well marked out areas. There is a front bar with terrace seating outside great for watching the world go by and a pool bar with food for all inclusive would definitely come back here. There is comfortable seating in the lounge and communal areas with both indoor and outdoor stages entertainment areas. Plenty of seating and sunbeds. Everything is well-maintained.

To alua boccacio, It was a pleasure staying in your highly welcoming environment. Shoutout to Toni, Jaume, Julio, Mario and Davide we will miss you dearly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alcudia. From the 3 girls with 2 injured feet.

Just back from a week at this hotel and highly recommend. The rooms are spotlessly clean, lovely shower and hairdryer is good. The rooms and balcony are a little on the small side but didn’t really matter too much. The pool was nice (although quite deep for children) and we always managed to get a sunbed. Plenty of umbrellas around for some shade too. The daybeds look nice but you have to pay extra for these which we were told was 25 euros per day. Food and drinks were all good, plenty of choice and the restaurant never seems crowded. Lovely outside seating area with views of the lake. The entertainments team work really hard and were a lot of fun doing the activities round the pool during the day. The evening entertainment was also good. We also liked the fact that the hotel has a beach bar which is part of the all inclusive so you can get drinks and snacks while you’re at the beach. The whole hotel was kept so clean and tidy. Overall we had a really good stay here, I would return and would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel with great staff and very delicious food. It was an experience, not just a place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a full experience
