I hate to write a bad review but I have got to say this was such a disappointment. The walls were paper thin, you could hear everything. The rooms were small and cell like. Housekeeping started at 8am!! Food was like school dinners and wine was disgusting. Not the best all inclusive I have been to. In fact I would say the worst. We came home early as we were so unhappy.

This hotel is in a great area surrounded by restaurants, bars and little shops . The hotel is also very close to the beach - it also has a bar on the beach which is part of the all inclusive where you can get free drinks and snacks. If you are into sports theirs is an Irish bar called mucky omaras which plays all football games has nice food and drinks there too (the owner was very kind too). The hotel itself was very clean and smelled lovely as soon as you walked in. The rooms were on the smaller side but we didn’t care too much about that. The pool was a fair size and there was plenty of places to sit . The pool bar was great and offered frozen strawberry daiquiris and mojitos too - I think they had a snack bar there too were u could get snacks and coffee (me and my partner didn’t use that part) there’s a toilet outside and a shower to clean ur feet off of you have been to the beach) . They also have activities during the day such as darts 🎯 and ping pong 🏓 great for the younger ones or the older ones my partner was obsessed with playing darts as you would win tickets for free cocktails and free ice cream. The staff were all extremely lovely and friendly. The food was great like most all inclusive buffets there was lots of variety- the breakfast was great too but the sausages weren’t proper sausages when we went this may change- there was seating to eat over looking the lake which was wonderful to sit and eat there. The staff were all so lovely . I would recommend this hotel to families and couples as it was just amazing and it was quiet too. The evening entertainment was on at 9:30pm and ended around 11pm . Overall this hotel was amazing and we both said it is a place we would return to as it exceeded our expectations

The Hotel itself is very modern and very well decorated. However we found the rooms to be very small and that was with just two people. We also found the food to be lukewarm if not cold, repetitive not enjoyable and lacked variety. On an evening you may only have two meat options but multiple fish options and for those who do not eat fish this is not easy to find food. The all inclusive is confusing as there is a bar within the hotel that does not open until the evening and the other bar that is within the hotel you have to pay for drinks even if you have paid for all inclusive. We have had wet weather the majority of our stay so having to walk over to the pool bar when it is tipping it down with rain was not ideal. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel at best it is a two however if they made improvements to the food and the all inclusive package it could be amazing. As it is right now I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Hotel is clean and well looked after. The food was pretty good and im a picky eater. Pool area wasn't super busy and was quite and relaxing. The only thing bad about our stay was the size of the rooms. I nearly took the tv off the wall a couple of times trying to get past the end of the bed.

We thought this hotel was fantastic!! A lovely location, close to everything you need. A 3 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and shops!! The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times. Our room was small but it had everything we needed and the balcony view over the pool was fantastic!! Pool area again is maybe a little small if you’ve got lots of young children however for us it was perfect and we never had to fight for a sunbed or somewhere to sit! The selection of food was perfect for us, something new everyday and there was something for everyone!! You’re never without food or drink throughout the day as there is always somewhere open. Drink selection was good. Loved that the soda machine was self serve through the daytime as that meant there was never a queue! Also loved that a selection of cocktails were available on the all inclusive as this is rare for such an affordable hotel. An absolute highlight about this place for us was the staff. Every person who we spoke to couldn’t be more helpful. They were always attentive and friendly. A big shout out to Victor & Tom on the bar who were just lovely and really made our week! However, every single bar staff and team member who served us was wonderful!! Also the entertainment team are fantastic, always on the go and trying to get everything involved! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone! When you take into consideration the price and what this hotel offers it really is great value. It had everything we needed, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!!
