Lovely hotel, food variety was good. Beach bar that was included was really good! Room was slightly small but it’s only really a base. Toni from the entertainment team was fab! Thank you for getting me & my partner involved in the activities 😊 Would definitely return to this hotel! Evening entertainment was good on most nights! The Indian restaurant a few doors down was exceptional (Delhi Havelli)

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience overall and would 100% return in the future. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and everything you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The snack bar was also very good, both by the pool and at the beach, making it easy to grab something throughout the day. The drinks are probably the one area that could be improved. There are no branded spirits included as standard, although if you ask in the evening, some branded alcohol is available. The cocktails in the main hotel bars aren't the best as they are made from a machine. However, San Miguel beer is on tap, along with Coke Zero, Fanta Zero and Fanta Lemon Zero. During the day, the hotel operates a token system for cups – you receive two tokens and exchange them each time you get a drink. It actually works well, keeping the hotel tidy and preventing cups from being left around the pool area. I brought my own insulated cup and used that for water and soft drinks throughout the day, and the staff didn't seem to have any issue with this. The beach bar was fantastic. The cocktails there were freshly made by hand and tasted much better, with drinks again available on tap. The entertainment team did a great job throughout the day and evening. During the day there were activities including darts, shuffleboard, archery and aqua aerobics, which were all well organised and fun to take part in. The evening entertainment was also excellent, with a good variety of shows and performances each night. It can be a little loud until around 11pm. The pool area is nice and well maintained, although slightly on the small side during busier periods. be aware inflatables are not allowed in the pool. The rooms are comfortable, with a comfy bed and a large, powerful hot shower. The rooms themselves are little smaller than some might expect, but this is reflected in the photos. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is another major plus, with an easy walk to both the marina and the old town, making it easy to explore the local area. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The food, location, entertainment and friendly staff made for a great holiday, and we would happily return without hesitation.

Another great stay in Alcudia. We love this hotel. Close to the beach added bonus of beach bar if your all inclusive. Staff are lovely rooms small but clean. Great pool view rooms. Always find something to eat in all restaurants. Entertainment staff are great and work really hard. Can't wait for our next visit.

We have just returned from a 10-night stay at Alua Boccaccio and overall had a fantastic holiday. The first thing that stood out was how spotless the hotel was. The rooms and communal areas were cleaned every day to a very high standard, and the housekeeping team worked incredibly hard throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who put so much energy into making everyone’s holiday enjoyable. Toni, in particular, was brilliant – always friendly, enthusiastic and great with guests. The food was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choice. Yes, it became a little repetitive by the end of a 10-night stay, but that’s understandable with all-inclusive dining and we always found something we enjoyed. The bar staff were efficient and friendly, there was a good variety of drinks included, and the catering staff worked tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly. The location of this hotel is absolutely unreal. You’re just a short walk from the beautiful beach, as well as countless shops, bars and restaurants. The beach itself is stunning, and having access to the beach bar was a fantastic touch and something we really appreciated. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were comfortable, spotless and cleaned daily, which mattered far more to us. A couple of points for improvement: the pool steps could do with being painted a different colour, as they can be quite difficult to see when you’re in the water. We also weren’t huge fans of having to pay extra for the day beds within the hotel grounds, as we feel these should be included for all-inclusive guests. Finally, having to pay extra for certain cocktails such as an Aperol Spritz felt a little disappointing, especially as they aren’t exactly premium drinks. None of these points spoiled our holiday, and we would happily return. Overall, Alua Boccaccio offers excellent value for money in an unbeatable location, with hardworking staff who clearly care about giving guests a great experience.

A very smart clean hotel with nice quality rooms. The food was very good I would have liked to have seen porridge available at breakfast but enjoyed everything I ate. Was there for a cycling holiday and it fitted the bill.
