Great hotel although roo.s could do with being refurbished. Shower not great and air con not very goodin the room I was in .my friend had another room and her shower and air con were better.staff are amazing especially bar staff and animation team. Food is good snacks from 10.30 until 6.30. Entertainment was not the best but not the worst either. Beach is a bit of a walk away but you can go via a lovely coastal path tjay takes about 15.mins.all in all great value for money.

The room was exactly as it looked online and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink choices and a wide variety of food available at the buffet every night, where the theme changes daily. The hotel is sustainable and uses tokens in exchange for reusable plastic cups. Entertainment was good and so was the pool. Only a 10 ish minute walk from the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Perfectly situated. Would highly recommend.

Really dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was filthy, dated and the whole place was grubby. Aircon didn't work in the room, tv didn't work not that we wanted to watch it but didn't work. Room was dirty, very very loud. Woke up early hours of the morning several times every night, very loud buses outside at all times, walls paper thin and can hear everything. The food was terrible, I understand this is 3 star but this isn't even 3 star. I had no problem really with the selection as I expected repetitive food at this level but the quality and taste of the food was terrible and didn't even taste like real meat. I've travelled all over the world, I've backpacked for years on end and stayed in hotels so I'm not fussy, but this was bad. I've never been to a hotel in my life where kids aren't allowed to use inflatables xi purchased two from the hotel shop yet wasn't allowed to use them, why sell them?? So if you're heading here don't bring an inflatable. Pathetic. The entertainment is cheesy and poor. It felt like pontins, low budget, dates and full of people getting wasted on cheap alcohol. To make things even worse the beach close by was closed for the week. Lifeguards closed it due to rubbish in the sea so no one could go in. Plastic, rubbish, cans, cigarettes dumped around and in the sea. I would not reccomend this hotel at all, worse sleep I've ever had, worse food I've had at a hotel. Will not be returning.

Mixed feelings about this hotel experience. We arrived late at night and the reception staff were great, they told us we have been given a nice room as it was our 25th wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday. We went up to the room and were greeted by a bottle of champagne and sweet treats with a congratulations card which was a really nice touch. The room itself was basic and the decor was extremely dated and in need of desperate restoration. Cracked walls and floor tiles, bathroom looked like it had been decorated by a child with a mastic gun!! The shower ran hot and cold with a rusty old shower. Constant whistling and rumbling noise through the pipes every time a toilet or shower was used, but the room was cleaned every day. The view we had of the sea made up for this though so 5/10 for the room. The entertainment staff, especially Alvaro were brilliant, Alvaro had bundles of energy and the girls love him!! The lifeguard sucked the joy out of many holiday makers, of course safety is most important but taking a small rubber ring off a 3 year old is a bit over the top, he was rude to holiday makers who put their sunbeds where he didn’t like them, 50% of the bar staff were rude and clearly didn’t want to make the effort to ensure people were having the best time. In fairness all the staff work extremely hard but just to say good morning or a smile goes a long way, the only person we saw that said god morning to people was Alvaro the entertainment guy. Food was ok, inclusive drinks were good with a decent selection once we found we could get the menu from scanning a barcode by the side of the pool which no one mentioned to us. Most sunbeds had towels on them by 7:30am despite a sign saying no reserving sunbeds. Would I go back? No I wouldn’t, we were only there for 4 nights so we suffered it but I certainly wouldn’t spend money going back again.

After check out at 12pm they cut your bracelets and they inform you that you dont have the right to anything else, even buying a drink at the bar as long you pay more €20... basically, they kick you out from the hotel you paid and you were a customer. They give you tokens for "free drinks" but when we approach the bar, almost everything is paid and the tokens have to be used until 7pm in plastic cups!! So, why you give tokens for free drinks then? Very bad experience and hotel. They dont have even a light in the balconies or a dryer for beach clothes.
