Hotel is basic with simple rooms but spotlessly clean. The beds are on the firmer side and I think some mattresses need replacing as the springs were sticking in my back. Food wise I think they have a great selection of food for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was my favourite with lots of choice. The Mexican night I lived and the fajitas were amazing. Had no gastro issues the whole time I was there which shows the level of cleanliness The animation team were brilliant, they included every nationality and always had something in in the day with lots of laughs. All staff were friendly and helpful I’d recommend this hotel for a quick get away

Brilliant hotel, helpful staff, good food and drink, good entertainment and lovely pool, surroundings were beautiful too, will be back

Hotel and rooms were what you would expect. The beds/ mattresses were quite hard, could maybe do with new ones. Overall though the rooms were satisfactory. Food was tasty and enjoyable but was very repetitive! Not much difference between lunch and dinner. We did go near end of season and when the hotel was closing so maybe they were using up what they had left of stock. Entertainment was exceptional! Alvaro , Daniella and Gonzalo were terrific and made you feel welcomed and added a personal touch. Can't compliment enough they were brilliant.

Wow, we had an amazing time, everything was perfect for us. Travelled as a grown up family (57, 61, 79 and 82), everything we wanted from a holiday was there. Rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of sunloungers around as we didn't need to be near the pool. All of the staff were outstanding. Our first time in Majorca, my parents hadn't even been to Spain, and we're planning to go back next year. The massive plus point was the food, so much choice, well presented and so tasty. My dad is a very fussy pescetarian, he ate heaped platefuls at every meal. Not the fault of the hotel but the transfer is long and special assistance at Palma airport is virtually non existent.
