Rooms are dated but comfortable, food was very good even for fussy eaters like me especially breakfast. Pool is not the largest so probably be busy in July and August. No need to get up for a sunbed at crack of sparrows there was still sunbeds at 9 and 10am left. Great location if your looking for a quieter holiday. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Ok so 6 days here so far with my Sister, my Daughter and 2 nieces all under 12.. Honestly.. Foods ok.. very repetitive. Theme nights are ok however heavily catered for continental tastes. So called English food is chips chicken wings and sausages in the snack bar oh and burnt breaded nuggets. Not catered for kids really at all. Staff are fantastic and so are the animation team, we had a good laugh with Danny and his lover 😂 entertainment was good also. Cleanliness of hotel and maintenance of the pool is not 3☆ defo more 2☆ Beds aren't changed if you stay 7 days rooms not brushed n mopped daily either. Mario the lifeguard is a massive 🔔🔚 and tbf ain't saving sh×t.. Area is ok. Very Rural. Nice little town not far from hotel. But every shop is the same. Hotel isnt 3☆ its 2☆ cleanliness lets it down massively. Won't be returning.

Transport from the airport was terrible we waited over a hour for coach to arrive after landing at 1 in the morning, as the coach was 'late'. On arrival front looks basic but clean, there is no air conditioning in the reception either its very humid. The hotel room is very dated and dirty, dust under the beds all the lamps are dirty and the chair in the room has some questionable stains on. The air conditioning in the room is pointless and the vent is filthy dirty. The beds havent been changed since we've been here we are on day 5 of a 7 stay. Food is nice but very repetitive. The entertainment team is great thats the only saving grace. I also caught a foot infection from either the pool or the floor outside due to the outside public pool never being cleaned. The toilets are disgusting too. I wouldnt come back to this hotel at all.

We stayed here for 5 nights and, overall, had a good holiday, but that was mainly because we loved the surrounding area rather than the hotel itself. When we arrived, the first room we were given had a beautiful view, but it was damp and had black mould in several places. As I react to black mould, staying in that room wasn’t an option, so we asked to be moved. We were shown two other rooms before settling on one that was better. Unfortunately, the whole hotel feels and smells quite damp. The rooms are very basic, but they were cleaned thoroughly every day, which we appreciated. One thing to be aware of is that the floors become extremely slippery when wet. The air conditioning also isn’t very effective. When we asked reception, we were told it’s an older hotel and the air conditioning doesn’t work particularly well. The hotel is also very noisy—not because of other guests, but because the soundproofing is poor. You can hear everything from neighbouring rooms, including toilets flushing, taps running, and other noises that really shouldn’t be so audible! There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms. We preferred sunbathing on the garden area rather than around the pool and never had any trouble finding loungers, although we did spend several days out exploring the island. Around parts of the pool there was also a noticeable smell of urine, which wasn’t pleasant. The food was okay—not amazing, but not terrible either. We always found something to eat. The drinks were much better, with a good selection of both soft drinks and alcoholic beverages available. One positive is the location. There’s a car hire office just a five-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to explore the island, and that’s what really made our holiday enjoyable. Overall, we had a lovely time in Mallorca, but unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again.
