AluaSun Continental Park

We had a fantastic stay at AluaSun Continental Park, and overall our experience exceeded our expectations. The biggest asset of this hotel is, without a doubt, the people. From the moment we arrived, Silvia at reception made us feel welcome and at home. In the restaurant, Teresa and Adela were always smiling, kind and attentive, while the gentlemen at the bar were equally friendly and professional. A special thank you also goes to Linda from the entertainment team—our little boy absolutely loved the mini disco every evening, and her energy was amazing. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition for keeping our room spotless every single day. The food was very good, especially during the first five days. Everything tasted fresh, and we genuinely looked forward to every meal. Towards the end of our stay, the menu became a little more repetitive, but this is only a personal opinion. One thing that really surprised us was the comfort of the beds. We slept so well that I’m now looking for similar mattresses for our home! 😊 A few small suggestions for improvement: * The air conditioning could be a little more powerful during extremely hot days. * A microwave in the room, or at least one on each floor, would be very helpful for families with young children. * The connecting rooms are a great idea for families travelling together, but the sound insulation between them could be improved. * The evening entertainment was enjoyable, but after the mini disco it was already bedtime for our little boy. We appreciated that the hotel offered us a quieter room, but it would have meant giving up our larger room and balcony, so we decided to stay where we were. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and created beautiful family memories. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism and hospitality. You made us feel truly welcome.

Arrived late at night, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman at reception who was very helpful and patient. We were given our key cards and we dropped off our cases in the room and headed for something to eat as there was a cold buffet waiting. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need for an all inclusive holiday. Rooms are modern and the beds are so comfy. The doors do bang if you don't shut them properly they are heavy and may be fire doors. We found the food very good , lots of selection, sometimes a theme night such as mexican, and a fish night, with all sorts , razor clams, mussels ,king prawns . They have soup, salads of all kinds ,fruit and veg , a selection of main dishes and show cooking , it is a smaller hotel than we used to so it's on a smaller scale but there was plenty of choice. Animation team were excellent at their job especially Linda .They are dedicated and this shows and they are very good with the little ones. Hotel is very clean and the pool area all very clean. It's 10 euros deposit for a towel and you get it back when you hand it in. Reception give you a plastic token which gets you a beaker at the bar, the reason for this is so glass isn't around the pool. You can have a clean beaker if you want and hand it back at the end of the day for your token. This is only for the day. At night they give you a glass no token needed. Hotel is 5 mins from the beach which is beautiful and the sea is so clear , we spent a lot of days there.Only gripe the bar staff were a bit miserable and didn't want to serve you, and for this reason , I would question if to go back again , this needs to change management

Very enjoyable stay overall. The location is excellent, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel is well maintained and cleanliness throughout the property was very good. Noise was not an issue during our stay, as the main road is far enough away not to cause any disturbance. Service was excellent. The facilities were good, although the pool water was quite cold, even colder than the sea. Booking in advance made the price reasonable, although it was still a little high for my budget. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Well maintained hotel, very helpful staff, great location for families with small children, comfortable beds. Do not forget to bring along some mosquito repelent for the nights as the hotel is near to the national park with lots of water areas and swamps..! Also ask for the room facing the mountains, you will get much less direct sunlight into the room, less noise from the pool and common areas and you will have a perfect view on the sunset skies :)

Upon arrival, the reception area stinks of sewers. Checked in no problem. Rooms on the small side especially if you have children with you. No kettle in the room, does have fridge and hairdryer. Tiny balconies. The pool doesn’t have nowhere near enough sun-beds and id hate to see it in the summer holidays! The pool itself was absolutely freezing, i know they are cold as we are hot/burning, but this pool didn’t get any warmer the longer you stayed in it. I went in once and that was enough. Foods hit and miss, breakfast bacon was always burned. Im a very fussy eater but i managed to always find something. Cant comment on the entertainment as we went out every evening. Oh and the pool bar don’t allow you to fill your own bottles.
