AluaSun Continental Park

Location less than 1 hour from airport in private taxi . Hotel 2 mins walk from the beach and shops and restaurants. Hotel very clean food is really good . Staff are friendly . Definitely would go back

A beautiful hotel near the beach of Alcudia, just 5min walk from the the beach. Hotel was very clean and overall service was excellent. Buffet breakfast was something to walk up for in the morning.

We were initially not in this hotel as Hotelodeal changed us into AlUSunContinental due to our original hotel having a power fail the week before. We found the AluSunContinental very friendly from arrival when we checked in at reception with Carlo. Hotel has a calm atmosphere and is very clean with great staff, Food is buffet style and lots of choice and variety so we were very happy , we did see other reviews that said not a lot of choice and sometimes not a lot of food left towards the end of the service but we definitely did not see this as plenty of good choice and lots of food. only 1 outdoor pool but a reasonable size catering for children at 1 part and adults another, Poolots of gift shops l went from 1m to 1.4m in depth and a lot shallower in kids side. The bar was well stocked and open all the time but it is not a massive bar but well staffed and always somewhere there to serve. rooms were cleaned daily and spotless from day one. the area around the hotel has a small kids play area, sun beds around the pool and tables and chairs with parasols we did see people putting towels on the sun beds but if they were left for to long the life guard removed them but to be fair there were enough beds to go around . outside the hotel the beach is just across the road , its about a 5 min walk maximum. lots of gift shops around and a great location to be able to get a bus from the bus stop which is 2 minuites from the hotel, We found the Taxis that wait under the shelter to be very reasonable and a 20 minute Taxi ride in a very nice taxi was 11 euro so a bit cheaper than the UK. Also there are lots of car hire places around the hotel and should you wish to hire one then I dont think you would have any problems however we did not do this as transport in the resort was very good and easy all in all we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. We went as a r alike with easy access for buggies and wheelchairs including ramps in our 50s but also looked good for children and more seniors, this includes ramps and lifts.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, bus stops & taxi ranks close by. There is a busy main road to cross to get to the beach but there are convenient pedestrian crossings and not a lot of noise from the road. The pool area is a bit bland but if you like laying on a lounger doing nothing it's ideal. The sea view from the 5th floor gives beautiful sunrises. The room is fairly small with not much storage for clothes, no kettle or tea making facilities provided although there is a decent fridge. The staff are all friendly and helpful, a lot of the entertainment was outside so quite fun to watch from the balcony. Food was varied and plentiful, the usual odd items such as sprouts for breakfast, but plenty of choices to please everyone.

I visited AluaSun Hotel with my husband. We're both around 25 years old so we really wanted to relax, drink and party a little. The hotel had different activities at night, that really helped us fullfill our wishes. Even though the location is quite slow and quite. The food was the best all inclusive we had ever been in. Everyday the food was different, delicious and the chefs really made sure dinners were in different food genre. We really recommend this hotel to anyone!
