AluaSun Continental Park

Absolutely stunning hotel! All the staff were so friendly. Especially Toni (entertainer) & Sylvia (receptionist) who made us feel really welcoming. Rooms are lovely and clean and beach is only 5 minutes walk which is a bonus.

Had a fabulous time. The hotel and rooms were really clean and the bed was so comfy. The balcony with sunbeds over the pool had the sun all morning which was amazing. Food and drink was good always something to suit everyone's taste. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the entertainment staff did a fab job of including everyone in the activities. So a big thank you to them. The area was beautiful and so was the beach which was only a three minute walk away.

Poor food, ate at 18.30, it was cold, even the soup, which was in a soup Kettle,!! the other food was not very appealing & looked under cooked, like the pink pork yuk!!. At breakfast there was vegetables heated from the night before & one day there was peas??? I appreciate the culture is different but not the way the Hotel did it's best to bulk out the small choice provided which had a large amount bought in, especially the desserts, synthetic cream & uniform pieces. Thank goodness for Burger King just outside the Hotel. Staff not very friendly & the House Keeping a bit hit & miss but the beds were comfy, There was a smell of sewage on several floors, would we stay there again - no way

We had an amazing experience with the all inclusive package. It was stress free and the food selection for breakfast and dinner was delicious. The pool side relaxing was also quite lovely, although you don't really get any views of the beach so if you are looking for beachside resort it won't be for you. The staff were super accommodating and friendly and occasionally ran activities during the day which we love participating in (and even won a medal and a free cocktail!). The only downside was the fact the flight was so late and it was also delayed and our transport bus also had to wait longer for more passengers so by the time we arrived to the hotel it was 4am so something to be mindful about if you are booking a 9:35pm flight out. Overall we had an amazing experience and highly recommend for a long weekend trip!

Positives were the pool area is nice. Food was ok lack of choice but it is edible. Negatives is if you are all inclusive you will get a bad experience at the bar. Staff make it a terrible experience. If you speak Spanish or are paying for drinks you will be treated well. Entertainment is for Spanish older people 60+ Location was good. But we had to leave the hotel Each night as we did not feel Welcome at the bar area
