AluaSun Continental Park

I’m in my thirties but visited with my mum and brother (10). We loved this hotel. The staff on reception very kindly moved us to a lower floor due to my mum’s fear of heights and we enjoyed watching the sun set over the mountains. The room was clean and had a fridge. The hairdryer was powerful and the shower good. We didn’t bring cases but if you did there isn’t a ton of storage. The TV had some English channels including CBeebies. We got the bus directly from the airport which I would advise, it took about an hour and 20. My brother loved the pool and I appreciated the comfortable sunbeds and sofas outside the pool bar. On all inclusive you can help yourself to branded soft drinks and water. The hot snacks were good too. I hate unnecessary plastic waste so enjoyed the token system for the cups. Mostly Spanish and German guests and the food reflects that, but I preferred it. The food was some of the best I’ve had. We loved the traditional Mallorcan dishes and fresh fish. I’m hungry just thinking about it. There was also soup, bread, pizza, fries and grilled meat. The desserts were also lovely. The shows in the evening were fun with a mix of professional and the two girls working on entertainment. They were very kind to my brother and he loved the face painting and water games. The beach is only two minutes away and very shallow, ideal for children. Any improvements? I would like a water station to fill bottles. Also, some of the men working on the bar were so rude I felt uncomfortable ordering a drink. Other than that though, this was perfect and I would gladly return.

Absolutely recommend this hotel, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The food you could not fault, such a range of different dishes to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly catering to everyone's needs. I really liked the token system this made sure guests didn't leave lots of glasses or cups and just keep getting more drinks . I loved this idea and think it was such a good idea and incentive. Well Done.

I really enjoyed it. Great staff, very good food with plenty of options, a good breakfast, and pleasant beverage service. The room was always clean, and the location was excellent. The only things I would point out are that the poolside buffet could be more extensive and the daytime poolside entertainment could be better, especially compared to what I’ve experienced at other similar hotels.

Great experience, fantastic views. This save us from a nightmare room promised by other facility. Thank you The room was big enough for two and had all amenities.

Really nice hotel very nice feel about the place with plenty of free sunbeds all days we stayed .would recommend .friendly bar staff and staff in general
