AluaSun Continental Park

English below 🇨🇿Opravdu nerozumím tomu, jak tento hotel může mít tak dobré hodnocení a oficiálně 4 hvězdičky, protože to je snad nejhorší hotel, ve kterém jsme byly. * Nikde si nemůžete napustit vodu třeba na pláž (pouze do skleniček na hotelu, např. při snídani) a musíte si ji kupovat, což je komické, když máte all inclusive!!! * Neměly jsme nárok na večeři v den odletu, pouze oběd. (Check-out je v 11:00, transfer na letiště byl až v 18:40.) Pokud ji chcete, stojí 15 €. Ubohé. * Úklid pokojů je strašný a nepoctivý, kvalita úklidu se liší podle jednotlivých uklízeček. * Klima na pokoji odporně smrděla, pravděpodobně od plísně, protože ji nečistí, byly jsme zde ubytované, když byly vedra takže to bylo dost nepříjemné * Špinavé talíře a hrnky, které byly špatně umyté z myčky, a personál to nekontroluje. * Skleničky byly na gumových podložkách (otočené stranou, ze které pijete, dolů), které smrděly, a automat, ze kterého se čepuje voda, taky smrděl. Hygiena je zde pravděpodobně velmi špatná. * Odvážíme si střevní potíže a horečky. Rozhodně není normální mít za den 15× průjem, chytly jsme tu nějaký odporný bacil😡😡😡 * Večerní program bída. * Hotel není moc vegan friendly. Vegan se tu nají, ale nic extra, pořád dokola. Pro vegany nedoporučuju. V guacamole byl jogurt?? Proč, zbytečně.. v některých věcech bylo mléko úplně zbytečně, přitom by pokrm mohl být veganský!! * Kanál před hotelem – pokaždé, když přes něj přejelo auto, byla to totální rána. Hotel není v klidné lokalitě. * Hosté se chovají jako nevychovaná hovada, nerespektují noční klid, běhají a křičí po chodbách. Hotel by měl na tyto hosty více apelovat. * Vadili nám také kuřáci. * Neustále tu brečely a křičely děti, což neustále rušilo klid, hlavně u snídaní, obědů a večeří. * Personál neodnášel talíře, trvalo to velmi dlouho, jídelna byla celkově strašně hlučná. *Jediné pozitivní byl asi personál na recepci, ti byli nápomocní a milí 🇬🇧 I truly don’t understand how this hotel can have such good reviews and officially be rated as a 4-star hotel, because it is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. * You cannot fill up your own water bottle anywhere, for example before going to the beach. You can only pour water into glasses in the hotel restaurant during breakfast, and otherwise you have to buy it. That’s ridiculous when you pay for an all-inclusive stay!!! * We were not entitled to dinner on the day of departure, only lunch. (Check-out is at 11:00, while our airport transfer wasn’t until 6:40 PM.) If you want dinner, you have to pay €15. Pathetic. * The room cleaning is terrible and inconsistent. The quality depends entirely on which housekeeper cleans your room. * The air conditioning in the room smelled awful, probably because of mold, as it clearly isn’t cleaned. * Dirty plates and cups that had not been properly washed in the dishwasher, and the staff did not check them. * The glasses were placed upside down on rubber mats (the side you drink from was facing down), and the mats smelled bad. The water dispenser also smelled. The hygiene standards here are probably very poor. * We are leaving with a stomach infection and fever. It is definitely not normal to have diarrhea 15 times in one day. We clearly caught some horrible bug here. * The evening entertainment was very poor. * The hotel is not very vegan friendly. Vegans can find something to eat, but the selection is nothing special and the same food is served over and over again. I would not recommend this hotel to vegans. * There is a drain/manhole cover in front of the hotel, and every time a car drove over it, it made an incredibly loud bang. This is definitely not a quiet location. * Some guests behaved like complete animals. They ignored the quiet hours, ran through the hallways, and shouted. The hotel should do much more to enforce its own rules. * We were also bothered by smokers. * Children were constantly crying and screaming, which completely ruined any chance of a peaceful breakfast, lunch, or dinner. * The staff took a very long time to clear away dirty plates, and the dining area was extremely noisy overall. *The staff on reception was helpful and nice

We spent 5 wonderful days at AluaSun hotel. It is the most welcoming hotel ever, all of the staff is so kind and friendly, and so attentive. Big regards to Pamela at the reception, she is so great! The hotel is very close to bus station and a beautiful beach. We had all inclusive, and the food was amazing!! So many choices and food was regularly replenished. Our room was quite small, but manageable. The wardrobe closet is not really useful, there are no shelves, only hangers. Mattresses are too soft for us, and this was the negative side. We couldn't get a good sleep on them. It is maybe comfortable for someone else, but sadly not for us. The hotel is in a nice location, everything is so quiet after 11p.m, which was important for us as we wanted to rest. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels changed regularly. Hotel could use a renovation, but big compliments to the staff who work hard to keep everything going.

Please be cautious that this hotel does not have a designated garage or parking spaces if you have a car. Staff was nice and friendly. Our room was average and we noticed throughout the days that ants would come into the room somehow. Be aware that the pool closes early at 1900 every night and if you get half board with drinks included that doesn’t mean your drinks are unlimited at any time and there is no alcohol included either. You can only get your soda drinks “unlimited” during breakfast and dinner. Also, there were times where we had to shower in cold water with low pressure from the water head (this was terrible with our 2 young children). Food wasn’t terrible but not the best either. The entertainment during the day was good and inclusive to anyone who wanted to participate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic family holiday at AluaSun Continental Park. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from a beautiful beach, which made it perfect for our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every day. There was something for everyone, and we really enjoyed every meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank the entertainment team, especially Linda and Lida. Their energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude were amazing. They made everyone feel welcome, brought people together, and created a fun atmosphere every day. They are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to everyone at AluaSun Continental Park for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay even though they can the air conditioning was poor, rooms were small and hotel would benefit from several upgrades. The pool was a good size, the buffet had many options, the staff was friendly but more importantly the location was wonderful (close to beach, restaurants and grocery shops).
