Aparthotel Alcudia Garden & Palm

Nice hotel and good location. We were self catering in 1 bed pool view apartment. Comfortable beds and sofa (often find these are quite hard sofa beds in this type of accommodation). As we were there at very start of March and weather could have been better we were grateful for the heating which worked well. I was glad we were on the top floor (be aware no lift for heavy bags) as there is quite a lot of noise transfer through the floor and walls. Also bedroom curtains are not black out so you may like to consider an eye mask if this is an issue for you. No kettle - we took a travel one as saw others had mentioned it. You don’t get a conventional door key but a disc on a bracelet - not a fan personally but at least you could take the bracelet off and it worked fine. Overall I would stay here again.

Alcudia Garden was such a wonderful experience from the moment we stepped inside the staff could not be any nicer. They went out of their way to help in any way that they could. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Halloween and two little pumpkins were left in our room for the kids. The hotel was so clean and the location is central to everything. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Location was perfect as hotel close to beach and restaurants. Room was basic, beds were comfy but sofabed i felt was extremely hard to open/close and at times dangerous. If self catering not much to cook food on. Pool water was extremley cold but very clean and garden surroundings were very pleasant. Hotel is a cashless place but does have game machines which take cash but unless you go to shop and get change there is no way of the kids playing the pool table etc. Kids club looked good but i had a teenager and the week we were there we had no notification of the teenage club activities..

We had a great stay here. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast was really good. The usual Spanish breakfast abroad. Hotel was really clean and the rooms to. Lovely clean pool and a nice indoor pool. Animation staff really nice and great fun. Close to the beach Would stay again.
