Aparthotel Alcudia Garden & Palm

Literally cannot fault this hotel. We stayed for 9 nights with 2 children and only left to pop to the beach! The pool is huge and they allow inflatables. It's very deep in the middle and shallow at the edges. Beautifully maintained. For some reason people did reserve sunbeds at silly o'clock but we still had a choice at 9am. The hotel do remove towels if people haven't been back to their sunbeds by 10am, which was great to see. The entertainment team and kids club were amazing with activities including chocolate fountain, t-shirt painting and for older ones rifle shooting and drones. Even fir adults cocktail making and cooking. The location is great, just across the road to a huge sandy beach and shops, restaurants etc all on your doorstep - only a 5 minute walk to the port. The room was beautifully cleaned and just about feasible to cook the odd dinner. The only 1 slight criticism I could make is that the air-conditioning isn't the coolest - it's fine and sleeping was fine but it's not very cool. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Faimly of 4 teenagers (14/12) never stoped in port area what a great choice couple of weeks be 4 star .we stoped in block 4 2nd floor pool view Rooms comfy beds handy kitchen (no kettle but ask reception and they supply one ) great size rooms double sofa bed in lounge air con in lounge which could be left on all day so when return to room it was cool (had heatwave lowest temp was 32 in day 29 at night ) your room key is a micro chip on your bracelet so all have one great idea rooms cleaning excellent. Pool . Biggish pool but be mindful stats of shallow but then suddenly drops to deep its was warm due to heatwave plenty sunbeds some still reserved them as per sunbed wars lol but always found some before 10 am those who reserved them had one member staying on them till rest turned up from about 7ish ( great fun watching from balcony) but they do advise removal after 45 mins if no one there and it was done a few times 👍 area always kept spotless except the tramps who like to leave rubbish behind. Food/drinks .breakfast was very good plenty to chose as was lunch dinner different choice each night great flavour only 2 bars in the day 1 at night being a/I i was surprised it was not self serv to non alcohol except in dinner room while at dinner a lot of guests seam to forget manners as they would try pushing in to help themselves (so there was a few times I told them to jog on 🤣) Entertainment. Great kids club activities plenty for them except Tuesday day off night time felt a bit of a boring time as 1 night singer , sax combo rest was acrobat type acts all finished by 10.30 . All the staff was friendly and professional even to the point had birthday cake made for daughters birthday and both mine and daughters birthday while there the left a gift and card for both of us nice touch last thing each block had a water fountain to top up all your bottles nice and cold dont normal re book a hotel but this one we will definitely be back very soon 😀

Hotel is OK, rooms clean enough. But not the best. If you have children 12 and under this is a good hotel. However extremely busy!! Need to be up at silly o'clock to secure a sunbed! Wi-Fi intermittent, on and off all the time. Food is OK, but be prepared to queue as the dining room gets so busy, and very noisy. This is supposed to be a cealiac credited hotel, but expect to wait along time for your food. We never got to eat as a family. We waited and waited for the food to come from the kitchen, there should be someone on hand to help people in the dining room with allergies. Entertainment was OK, but again kids everywhere and just busy at all times. Bar ran out of GF beers, not good for a cealiac approved hotel. Would we go again....NO! Good for beach and location. Could do with an adults only area, away from other people's kids.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! Myself, my wife and our two kids (9 & 11) recently returned after a weeks stay. It has everything you need, great pool area with daily entertainment, great food, perfect location (3 minute walk to beach and restaurants). The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. I must however give a mention to all the staff who are wonderful (with a particular shoutout to Danielle). I had a medical emergency whilst on holidays and had to spend a few nights in hospital. Daniele was in constant contact with my wife to see how I was doing and helping her in any way she could throughout the remainder of her stay. Thank you so much Danielle and to all the staff. If you are thinking of a place to stay just book it you won’t be disappointed!! I would give it 100 stars if I could!!!

Everything perfect, food tasted great. Stayed in Palm Garden which is quiet in the night which we prefer. Kids club animators were very kind and made a lot of fun with kids. Will be happy to come back again.
