Aparthotel Alcudia Garden & Palm

A great holiday overall, with just one criticism. Starting with the positives: Check‑in was efficient and smooth, and the reception team were very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready on arrival and exactly as expected — clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. There was no kettle or toaster initially, but after a quick call to reception, Housekeeping delivered both within 30 minutes. The balcony was a good size, though the view wasn’t the best, overlooking the road at the back of the hotel. The pool area was fantastic. The water was a little cold, but that’s to be expected early in the season. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and absolutely no sign of sunbed‑hogging — though this may be because the hotel wasn’t at full capacity. I stayed self‑catering and only ate in the restaurant once. The food was great with a good selection. It is on the pricier side, but the price does include unlimited wine and soft drinks. Now for the downside… I was in room 4108, which overlooks the hotel’s delivery area and some public rubbish/recycling bins. Deliveries began around 7am, with lorries unloading directly outside the room. This was also where housekeeping staff gathered, so there was a fair amount of early‑morning talking and laughing. At the other end of the day, the bins were emptied around midnight, which created quite a bit of noise every night. While the noise was a definite downside, the positives of the holiday far outweighed it. I’d definitely return. The staff were great, the facilities were good, and the location is absolutely fantastic — just yards from the beach and the Port area. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcomed us. Our room was ready for us and it was exactly what we expected. The rooms are lovely and spacious and clean. The staff were amazing. We asked if we could have extra pillows and a fan and they were sent straight to our room. The hotel is quite big and the pool area was perfect. There were plenty of sunbeds no matter what time of day. We were self catering but did eat in the hotel restaurant and the food was lovely with a good section. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return

Great location, conveniently located near to the beach and the Port. Lots of shops and restaurants near by The old town is a 20 minute walk away. Local market every Sunday and Tuesday definitely worth a visit. Local shop was 4 minute walk away and Lidl was 9 minute walk. Bus stop was just to the end of the road if you wanted to travel to nearby towns. We stayed in room 2105 and it was to the far end of the hotel opposite the pool. WiFi wasn’t great at times. The room itself was spacious and clean but was a little dated but that didn’t effect our stay. The beds were comfortable and i slept really well during our stay. Beds were made and towels were changed most days except Sunday and Tuesday. The pool was pretty cold but the kids still enjoyed it. We went self catering so can’t comment on the food. For self catering there is a fridge microwave and a hob no toaster or kettle but I believe you can request those at reception but we made do and adapted so had no issues. Also we didn’t make use of the entertainment as I have older children and were more then happy to sit and play uno in the evenings. The staff were friendly always greeting us and the maintenance team were soo good keeping the hotel grounds clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this hotel.

Location is amazing - cross a road and you are at the beach. Apartment was ideal for our young family. We pulled out sofa bed and we could still have our own room. Breakfast was included- good variety. We love the whole ethos of being eco friendly. The adult activities were amazing - sports and tasting events. The highlight for us was the provision of child clubs. We couldn't get our children to miss a club because they adored the activities and the leaders. The children achieved badges to receive a gold medal and my children were delighted. The enthusiasm of the 'coaches' was outstanding. My children adored them. I am a teacher and i was impressed. We will be back.

Certainly needs a big revamp looks lovely in reception the pool is beautiful ..BUT..room 3016 was damp on the walls not cleaned to a good standard asked for a different room which we had a booked a garden room but was facing the road we looked at the same room overlooking the pool but was 20 euros a night more... when booked this wasnt told by carrier road view/ pool view so please check when booking we were not prepared to pay extra so we had another choice 3022 which was slightly better it was near the staircase and you could hear people going up and down the corridos are noisy and all the outside doors are left open so in march/April it was cold at night ..had ants in lounge bedroom bathroom bathroom bin was rusty the inside of the patio doors had bugs and all sorts of mess not been cleaned 😳 the outside beds we had had quite bad winds and rain and had taken the covers off to reveal dirty mattresses plaster was coming off the outside of the building ..the only thing that was good the memory foam beds were comfortable sockets were exposed by microwave no lifts for 1st floor upper floors we made the best of it but wouldnt touch this hotel again ..the amount of cyclists in the area was crazy more geared up for them. riding on pavements ..with local police telling them to get off pedestrian areas an accident waiting to happen ...the beaches are gorgeous 😍though stunning but restaurants are limited in Alucdia pictures are of room 3022
