All of the animation team are amazing from poolside games and fun to evening entertainment they are amazing with the children would return again just for this lovely team. They are like family 🩷

The location and the hotel is wonderful Reception - were pleasant but I felt they could provide more information on the hotel. Eg. Where to find the activity timetable and where to find more info in general, beach shuttle. No help with bags is a bit rubbish. Especially when you are with 2 small children and 4 bags. Room- the bathroom in room with glass door isn’t great, personally I’d prefer a solids door for privacy. Room was nice and comfortable. As the week went on I felt room service could have hoovered our floors and moped but maybe they just make beds and refresh towels. It took 3 attempts by maintenance to get our fridge working but they eventually did by 3rd day in. Pool areas- I loved the token idea the pool area was lovely and tidy. By day 2 we joined the rat race at 730 to get a sun lounger. It’s annoying when families bag loungers and then not use them until late afternoon while other are lying on the grass verge. Not the hotels fault tho. Great energy from the exercise classes and staff putting on entertainment - really enjoyed this Food- alway something to eat lots of fresh salads, hand made pizza, pasta and there was good hot food options. My little boy is a very plain eater and like the beige food and only 1 night did they serve chicken bites. This was a little disappointing I felt the children’s area could have been better - fish fingers , nuggets, burgers, meatballs for kids that are plain. Again there was something still to eat. My only gripe is they didn’t have any fresh berries and seemed to used tinned strawberries. Dining room staff were lovely and kept the place extremely clean and tidy!! Bar service at the entertain was fab! Great idea instead of running up and down for drinks and in real glasses woohoo! Splay pool for kids was fab but unfortunately my son was a cm too small for the slides and they wouldn’t let him down ☹️ this was disappointing for him as we booked this hotel for the slides but this was my bad should have measured him. All in all we had a lovely holiday but I don’t think we would return. The other tourists came across quite rude with pushing and shoving in the dinner halls, using fingers to grab food. Having no courtesy when around the pool area with small children. This is not the hotels fault and I wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend it as the facilities are wonderful.

2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child (age 6) We arrived around 3am, check in was quick and easy which was appreciated after a long day of travelling. We had 2 rooms which we requested to be near each other and they were directly opposite. Room s502 and s508. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. We had no issues with sunloungers although they were being reserved earlier as the week went on. We still never had any issues. We parked up near the shallow pool for the 6 year old and the teenagers came back and forward from the slides themselves. We walked down to the beach once. A short walk but the path was rocky and sharp branches to negotiate so maybe not suitable for mobility issues or prams. Food was typical all inclusive Fayre really. We all found something to enjoy. The snack bar was our lunch time stop because they always had chicken dippers which weren’t available in the buffet restaurant. The entertainment team was amazing. A busy hotel with lots going on! I personally liked the token per drink idea around the pool. Reduced waste and kept the place tidy. You couldn’t get another drink until you returned your cup/token and each person only got one token each. I did hear some grumbles about this from other holiday makers. We loved the mini disco and entertainment. Cleaners did a fab job. We pre arranged a birthday cake for my son which we paid for before arrival. It was presented to him in the restaurant! A lovely touch. One thing I didn’t like was the photographers approaching us on the sunloungers daily. We did book a photography session when we arrived for later on in the holiday. But they still continued to try to push sales and it almost made me cancel our session out of frustration. I didn’t though and the pictures were lovely. I suppose they are just desperate to make sales but it’s tiring. Anyway all in all a fab holiday. A great family hotel and we wouldn’t hesistate to come back

Overall a good experience at the resort so far. The food needs more variety and slightly more hot food options. Wonderful desserts, starters and salads. It is only our second day so far, so lots more to come. We got an upgrade to an apartment room which was great! A wonderful view from the apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful. The refurbishment is of great finishes and quality. The Grohe bathroom finishes etc are strong too! Lovely rain shower.

Excellent service, lovely team in maxi club and very lovely lady in the club house. This is our second visit in here and definitely we will be back again.
