They refurbished some areas of the hotel. How ever, for the price you pay, similar to Iberostar hotels across Majorca, this resort feels very cheap and low cost. They charge you for absolutely everything even though you have an “all inclusive” package. Is a bit disappointing really. We won’t be suggestion this place or coming back. Towels, €20 deposit per towel and €2 daily for change it. Plastic Cup, €1 per cup, you have to keep it with you 24/7 or pay every time you want to drink something (even with all inclusive package) The bar La Torre, the only place that has some “food” available (after lunch), not too many options, a few cheeses all melted. Parking €10 daily Save box, €5 daily.

Just returned from a 10 night visit to this resort, party ranged from aged 5 to 60. Food is your general all inclusive package - plenty of choice and we always found something we liked - very limited for children though lots of nuggets/chips, especially the snack bar - exactly the same meals everyday there. Drinks - lots to choose from and cocktails were nice - only gripe is that you can't really get a coffee/tea before the restaurants open - would be good to provide kettles/amenities in rooms. Rooms are nice - not really family appropriate sometimes as the bathroom is completely see through so depending on sleeping arrangements bare this in mind, not a lot of storage, we had 3 people in our room and only 6 coat hangers - no where to store suitcases either so did become quite cramped. Cleanliness - in general around the hotel this was to a high standard - the pool areas however clearly did not get cleaned properly each day, numerous times we spotted left overs from the day before still at the pool, straws/nuts etc and there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drains at certain parts of the pool, clearly just reset the chairs and do not wash down/clean. Rooms were tidied and towels replaced but no sweeping or mopping of floors - after nearly 2 weeks this became quite messy. The entertainment was brilliant, something different every single night, not repetitive at all, even the kids disco had a different theme each day, the team works very hard, as do the bar staff and waiters! Fun and friendly always. The air con is very limited around the hotel - rooms are fab as is reception but that is literally it, none in the bar areas or toilets which can become uncomfortable especially during night time events, the outdoor entrainment area is great but the toilets definitely need a refurbishment - there is only one ladies toilet which caused huge ques and the heat in there was not nice. Lots of daily activities provided, and the location is lovely, beach either side of the complex, there is not a lot around and there is currently building work next door, looks like building another hotel, but did not effect us. You can get a taxi into porto cristo which is a lovely little town for around 10 euros, which I would recommend, lots of shops and little restaurants with lovely views. All in all we enjoyed our stay but would not return to the resort.

Fantastic for families up to say 8/9 years old. Place is brilliant. Animation team is second to none.

We have just returned from a week’s stay here and what an amazing time we had from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted off the coach by two staff members who offered to carry our bags down to reception. Check in was smooth and efficient and then we were shown to our room and again offered help with our bags. We were staying in a superior one bedroom apartment with sea view, which was lovely with a great sized balcony. Views were amazing and location is fantastic with a short walk to an amazing beach with green sea and great for snorkelling. We found the food to be fantastic and one of the best choice of options of any all inclusive we’ve stayed in. There is a main restaurant, an Italian and a snack bar and also an à la carte restaurant, but we did not eat in there. There are two main pools which are lovely and a quieter pool with lovely sea views. We found that you do need to put your towels out fairly early if you want a good spot. There is also a splash park for little ones that we did not go to and three great waterslides. We found so many great points about this hotel but I think the staff are what made the holiday for us. We found the entertainment staff to be amazing and they work tirelessly to make sure that you are having a great holiday - for adults and kids. A special mention to Vincent and Cesar who did a great job of keeping us entertained during the day and were great in the shows in the evening as well. The restaurant staff were all polite and efficient. The bar staff were all fantastic as well - Fran, Adrian and Lucy especially but everyone really did an amazing job and I’m sorry we did not get more names to mention. Overall we had an amazing holiday. Great location, amazing room and facilities and fantastic team of staff that work so hard to make your holiday a great one. Thank you and we will definitely return here 😁

We came back yesterday. We have had amazing time. The staff work really hard in the very high temperature, but never nervous. Probably they are treated well and fairly paid. Reception helped us with a taxi to caves, cleaning lady made the room very well. Once we had an issue with ants on the table in the room, it was fixed immediately with apologizing. The food was well prepared, many many choices for everyone, meat, vegetarian, pastas, pizzas, sushi, mexican tortillas, vegetable, fruits and delicious deserts, ice cream, cakes, puding, yogurt... Every day a soup too. There are more options where you can eat, 1 main restaurant and 3 others. I have appreciated that the food/beverages have been placed in 2 places in the main restaurant to avoid queues, and fight for food. It was really smart, no waiting, no stress. Really good process designing. What I want to head up is the animation team. WAW! It was really professional, NO young kids from the street with no experiences and talent for this job. There are plenty of them in the hotel, really well coordinated, and obviously with good relationships, amazing team work. They are so talented, speak many languages, can dance, public speaking. Their night shows Lion king and Disney have been spectacular. We have had All Inclusive and drinks have been served by the waiter during this evening programs. This is really not common. Usually you have to wait in queues to get at least 1-2 drinks. Overall, this stay was better then we expected ❤️
