We’ve just returned from our stay and, while there were definitely some highlights, overall we’ve experienced better all-inclusive hotels at a similar price point. Starting with the positives: the animation and kids’ entertainment team were absolutely brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. They brought great energy every day and made a big difference to the atmosphere. The hotel itself is also very clean, with plenty of pools and solid onsite facilities, so there’s always something to do. The location is another strong point, being close to Porto Cristo and within a 10 minute walk of two beautiful beaches made it easy to get out and explore. However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The reception experience was disappointing. While we weren’t expecting concierge service on arrival, we were asked to move rooms midway through our stay, which is disruptive at the best of times but especially challenging with a 3 year old and a pregnant wife. What made it worse was the lack of any support from reception with no offer to help with luggage or the move, which felt like a basic level of service that was missing. Another issue came on our first night in the new room, when a group of very loud, drunken guests were making noise right outside around midnight. These things can happen anywhere, so that part is understandable, but what wasn’t acceptable was trying to call reception for 10 minutes with no answer. For a hotel advertising a 24-hour reception, that’s not good enough. The food was also underwhelming. Compared to other all-inclusive hotels in the same price range, the variety was limited and overall quality quite mediocre. On two consecutive mornings they ran out of scrambled eggs, and despite waiting 10–15 minutes each time, they were never replenished. In summary, the hotel has a lot of potential and some strong positives, but the overall experience fell short. With a few relatively simple improvements, especially around guest service and food consistency, it could offer a much better stay.

Very nice staff, clean rooms. Javi at the bar is great, so helpful and kind. Also reception and restaurant. We stayed at seaview apartment superior which I can recommend if you like a quit place.

Amazing holidays. We loved the variety of activities for kids and parents. Family zone (toddlers play area) is really helpful. The food is tasty (also cakes). The wine can be better. The animation team is fantastic (the best from what we have experienced so far). Tips: - Ask for room with seaview, it's really worth it! Ask for section W (most amazing views, quiet while not far from anything), or section S (close to the pools and bar, more noise) or E (very quiet, bit far but from everything, but close to the main restaurant). - Ask for Mojito without club soda (its way too sweet), but sparkling water instead. - Have lunch at the snack bar on the plaza: way less people, lovely outside seating and beats 3x restaurant a day. - Try the professional photoshoot offered on the territory of the hotel. The photos are very nice (but a bit pricey- 11 euro per photo)

We have had amazing experiences here all the staff have been lovely and help especially the bar staff perfecto we would definitely stay here again. Thank you

We visited during the school October week. I wouldn't recommend. The buffet food was bland and despite not being a fussy eater, we struggled to find things to eat sometimes. Staff were very slow during service and the egg station often has an enormous queue (at least 10 people) making it inaccessible. The pool bar was swarming with wasps and made it really unpleasant when having to go get drinks. The pools themselves were very cold, though I appreciate the rain and cooler temps in October probably exacerbated this. The worst part though was the spa and the attitude of the male member of staff that worked there. I went in to book time at the spa during one of the downpours and he started on his clearly rehearsed script about hours the spa is open, when children are permitted in and then started to explain how we could rent towels. At this point more people came in from the rain who they clearly knew from previous usage, and he began talking over my head to them. A bit rude but whatever, the main point being he had obviously been interrupted in his speech which meant he didn't finish explaining the towel situation on how you would get your deposit back. When I used the saunas before a spa treatment it was average, the child free areas weren't properly enforced and children were regularly opening sauna doors which meant they didn't stay at temp. Overall that part was a bit of a let down. On our final day my husband took the towels back only to be told that we wouldn't get the deposit back without the receipt. We could say the date, time etc when we rented them but he was quite rude to my husband who had our autistic child with him at the time. I managed to find the receipt and went back to the spa to speak with him, as this wasn't something that he had told me when he had been interupted, taking my older son (8) with me. When I mentioned to him he hadn't told me that, he became defensive and started raising his voice that he says the same thing to every person and I wasn't special so he wouldn't have not said it. I told him he was being rude, and I got "I'm sorry you didn't understand" I replied that wasn't an apology and he didn't tell me that, in any event I had my receipt and wanted my money back. He persisted that "I'm sorry if you didn't listen and I'm sorry you didn't hear me". I said again, that's not an apology, you're still trying to blame me, give me my money back. He then started shouting at me that I was a silly silly woman and threw the money at me. I said to him that he was rude and unprofessional and that it was a shocking way to behave. He continued shouting at me in front of my son saying I was a stupid woman and a disgrace for having this conversation in front of my son. It was him that escalated it, it was him that shouted at me. Months later my son still talks of the rude man who shouted at me! Such a shame as the view from our room was amazing. Everything else let it down.
