Need to change the music up a little bit. More entertainment around pool. Lifeguards are useless.

The hotel and staff are absolutely lovely, the hotel complex is so big and caters for all nationalities, honestly I'm not sure what people are expecting when they are writing negative reviews! The food was good, fresh and tasty salads and fruits. Hot food such as chicken legs, pork, paella, roast beef, meatballs, beef stew, pasta, veggies, burgers and chips The snack bar also serve burgers, chips, hot dogs, toasties etc and you can grab an ice lolly too. The other snack bar you could make your own sandwiches and this is even open late, there isn't a minute when you could possibly starve ! The drinks were good. Own brands of spirits, Malibu, pink gin, rum, whisky and vodka plus beers etc There's also an outside tap where you can fill your water bottles up. The rooms were good, we took our own kettle as we'd read no kettle in the rooms but these could be hired. The beds are made daily, bins emptied and loo rolls were topped up and general housekeeping done. All of the staff we came across we absolutely lovely and friendly. The entertainment was good, some nights better than others but the animation group were great and you could just tell they loved what they did, it was great fun for kids and adults! We loved the ABBA night. The hotel is on a great position, 15 minutes walk to the beach, we did find it easier to walk back up the main road to the hotel from the beach. The town is a 5 minute walk away. Honestly ignore the bad reviews !! We had a great time and we would definitely visit again. Thank you for a great holiday!!

The hotel - lovely, large swimming pools, plus a separate kids pool in its own area, very large rooms ( ours at least) had a lounge with pull out beds , double bedroom and bathroom, loads of closet space . Staff in every area were brilliant, always working hard and willing to help. There is a private road from the hotel to the beach, which is a nice little cove type beach with usual loungers (€15 for two with palm parasol) and a cafe/bar on site- so why rate it 3 so far? Food ! It was cooked fine but repetitive, every day pork, fish ( different but unnamed “fish) chips at every meal including breakfast? First breakfast had proper sausages , every day thereafter it was garlicky frankfurters ( which sometimes made an appearance at lunch in the ever present tomato sauce. There was a lot of food but very little choice - I guess it was a “ get what you pay for” holiday as it wasn’t expensive, I’m far from being picky with my food and will try anything , if it’s there to try, they could do better. On everything else the hotel scores top marks- if a family with young children go I’m sure they’d have a ball, it was nice to see lots of happy kids around interacting with the Animacion team and not giving a toss about the food 😂 . We enjoyed from the fact that we weren’t home but unfortunately not on our return list.
