Well what can I say bethany has made our holiday fantastic girl she will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay ❤️ had a fantastic night out at mojitos bit further out but definitely worth it 👌

Came in August 2026, English family, The hotel is not close to any major towns or excursions limited days for transport if booked through hotel, Only air conditing in rooms and resturant. Sunbeds were the only highlight no sunbed wars. Room was basic and cleaner remade beds and were not changed just made up the entire week ! and floors wasnt washed or swept for the week, fresh towels were changed everyday. Food was diabolocal, same food every breakfast, lunch and dinner with one small rotation and fish and one type of meat rotation with the fish, vegtables were like frozen bags you get in the uk the peas, carrot and sweetcorn mix, and string beans, paella one night was nice, biggest que was for the kids food as the selction was slightly better my husband said it tastes like school Dinner kids food from the 90's. Deserts were the same type of cake with a different colour centre or fruit. Found places to eat out so this helps a lot, the drinks are a cup system and with only two bartenders at anyone one time at the bar by the Resturant it was constant ques as you can only get juices and water in the resturant if you wanted anything else you had to leave your seat exit the restuant and que up even for soft drinks. The reception staff are rude. The entertertainment staff were fantastic, best i have seen on a holiday for a long time !! The older lady deserves a raise !!! The hotel is very clean and the pools were nice, not the hotels fault but at least 4 closures in one week. Beach is 10 minute walk and is lovely, would i come again no !!! Could you pay me to come again nope !!! Imagine a really chavy pontins site with drunk loud parents and kids who dont give a crap this is the place to go. If you have already booked and reading this not everything i have said might nessessary be bad for you, but the food is the biggest let down. But this hotel has a lot of potential if some time was spent on it.
