100% get what you pay for but Jesus!! The place was awful food was awful the smell in the restaurant was digusting the table clothes don’t think ever been changed for the season. We had police army with shields in at like 1.30 in the morning again the next day. My son got stuck in a lift took them ages to come over and get him out lifts broke daily. My son had his shoes nicked not once but twice. Had to go home with no shoes. Check in and staff are so rude! Had to report an incident that happen in the middle night needed security no one was interested left my daughter very scared. Only postive is the beautiful beach. Would never recommend this place to anyone .

The best thing about the hotel is the location to the beach, which is out of this world. A short 5 min walk down a private path from the hotel grounds, sadly other aspects left us disappointed. The food was by far the worst I’ve encountered in a 3 star Spanish hotel, there is an unpleasant smell when you enter the dining area and the choice is very limited and repetitive. The bar service was very quick but we didn’t see too much in the way of evening entertainment as it was uncomfortably cold in the room. There was lots of entertainment going on mostly geared to towards families with children. The second best part is the pool which is huge, and never felt too crowded, a bit chilly but bearable. There were also plenty of loungers available but they are mainly hard plastic and don’t adjust, thankfully we knew this and took blow up wedges with us. The room was just okay, bed was made daily but never actually changed in 10 days. We had a lovely view though. On the whole, we wouldn’t return as the town itself was also too quiet for us and pricier than other resorts we’ve visited in Mallorca and the hotel was very average.

Absolutely horrendous hotel do not stay!! - firstly the rooms are not clean at all and do not get cleaned properly during your stay. The hotels food is very basic which I wasn’t expecting much however do not expect to get food poisoning during your holiday which left my whole family out of action for 2 days and left scared to eat any of the hotels food food which meant having to spend extra money everyday to eat out. Loads of others experienced this during our stay even seeing sick in the lifts ! Yuck!! The area was brilliant and loved looking in all the little shops however this was the only good thing I can say about our stay. We were certainly ready to come home and would not ever return again.
