Exagon Park

it was my fourth visit to this hotel in 2 years and definitely my last dogs were staying in rooms here and barking at 2.15am also my room 146 looked over the outside dining area and several evenings dogs were sat on chairs barking constantly the standard of food has gone downhill running out of salad some evenings indifferent wait staff same soup for 3 days sometimes cold no wafers or flavourings for ice cream no fan ventilation in bathroom i have visited can picafort for 30 years at least twice a year staying possibly 10 different hotels the location and setting of exagon park is fine but the food etc leaves a lot to be desired

Currently enjoying our third stay at this hotel after also staying here in June of 2024 and 2025. Seeing so many familiar faces just goes to show that there are many other guests who also come back here each year. It is such a lovely hotel, surrounded by nature. A very relaxing place to take a break from work and daily life. The grounds and pool area are very big with plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day, so you never have to worry about getting up early to get one. A short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a few small shops. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, from the reception team to the restaurant staff to the cleaners. The food is excellent with always plenty of choice. The rooms and facilities are always clean. It is a shame that our stay here this year is nearly over but I am sure that we will be returning!

Nice enough hotel, good location - walking distance into Ca'n Picafort which is beautiful. Plenty evening entertainment for both kids and adults. Rooms could do with an upgrade, no tea/coffee facilities although you can ask at reception for a kettle but without cups/mugs, milk etc it is difficult to make a drink. Water provided on the first day in the room, the whole week we were there our towels were not changed, although the room was cleaned and made up every day. Food was very much the same everyday and became boring - so glad we were only Half Board.

Just arrived back from this hotel and had a great time...the hotel and grounds are spotlessly clean with the biggest pool area we have ever stayed at...no rushing and queuing for sunbeds there was plenty for everyone and the pool was gorgeous....The food was a great variety and always something for everyone even the fussiest eater like me but the chefs need to replenish much faster as there was a lot of empty trays such as meat chips salad bar and desserts so your standing around waiting then the food on your plate is getting cold..had to keep asking for empty trays to be refilled...there was only sarnies and fruit and cookies in the pool snack bar which was disappointing as sometimes you dont want to go in main restaurant for lunch so more variety would be a good idea....Most of the staff were helpful and always smiling but the restaurant staff were all amazing and deserve a well done 👏...the room was spotless and towels changed daily...the animation team were good but no aqua aerobics in the pool which was unusual....you have to pay for a safe which is again unusual for a 4 star hotel...The hotel is situated about 20 mins from the main centre of the resort which can be a trek especially in the heat...there is a ting ting train which stops outside the hotel but it can be unreliable...All in all we had a great time and would recommend this hotel 😁

Pensioners paradise Well where do we start its only our second day as a family and it is beyond shocking The entrance is ok gives us false hope on arrival Lets get to the room firstly There are loads of wires hanging everywhere and it is so dated. You have to pay for the safe deposit box and also there are no tea and coffee facilities. The TV is so small its only bigger than a tablet!! Doors hanging off hinges and the fridge is so small you can only fit three cans of drink in there Family resort??? The all inclusive part of it its atrocious The snack bar has only cookies and stale ham and cheese bread if you want chips or pizzas anything for kids you have to pay. Its claiming all inclusive theres no inclusivity on that at all when you have to pay for actual food especially for your kids The food selection in the main restaurant i have seen so many kids just eat spaghetti as there is no other food options for kids. The restaurant looks like something out of 1960s if you like dirty dancing You can only change your towels every 3 days as well To sum it up i have been to lower rated all.inclusive hotels with better facilities and caters to children. This was our annual family holiday and we still have 7 days of this. Going to end up eating out as there is nothing for my child On the positive staff are friendly and plenty of space but i wouldnt class it as 4 star more like 2/3 at a push i believe all the reviews where done by people in the older generation categories The shop on site has nothing to help people visiting but a lovely supermarket 5 minutes away Truly dissapointed and a waste of money for families and the all inclusive part is literally non existent My final statement is this is not a family resort even though it claims to be
