Exagon Park

Mostly positive but: could not have dinner at punctually 21 o'clock, they did not even allow me to take a plate with snacks for my 5 year old daughter on the terace, milk was to old in the coffee machine (tasted bad, and remained in the coffee cup), must pay for drinks at dinner but at 22 o'clock drinks are free from the Coca-Cola machine 😄.Air conditioning in the room is almost inexistent but in the dinning room it is freezing cold, pool closes az 18 o'clock which is a shame if you want to relax after a hot 35°C day. Safe in the room should be free of charge, was gratis at all of the other hotels i stayed in.Furniture is out-dated with just one connector for chargers. Car rental prices at the reception are 50% higher then at a normal rent-a-car in center Can Picafort.

Really enjoyed my stay, loved the staff who were friendly at reception, great with Activities particularly Maud and Guacamole. Lifeguards were great in particular a lovely lady (Nathara) who was good at responding to incidents around the indoor pool. Meals were good but at times did feel to be on the cheaper side, and same for the room which was great to sleep in but decor felt outdated. Spa facilities unfortunately were the most disappointing of all and one of the biggest reasons I cant rate this place higher. Overall my experience was good and would still recommend as its a great location to stay at.

We had an excellent time at exagon park. Although the hotel is dated it was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. In particular the cleaning staff, Guacamole from the entertainment staff was amazing with the kids. Lionel from the dining room staff was so friendly and enthusiastic. The pool was a great size with beautiful surroundings with plenty of sun beds. There was entertainment for adults as well as children which we were really impressed by. There was lots of choice at meal times with lovely freshly made bread, salad and fruit. We would happily stay here again

This is our 3rd time here, so obviously we love it! The hotel is very family orientated, and all the staff (whether cleaning, restaurant, entertainment etc) are all incredibly friendly and helpful. A 5min walk to the beach, a bit longer if you want to walk into town, but there is a land train stop right outside the hotel. Bus is easy to catch to Alcudia (no.324 bus). Market day is Friday in can picafort and was a great one! Food in the hotel was varied and plentiful, although I'd say be wary if you have allergies as the labelling was often not correct on the food items. Kids activities were really good, including sand bottles, water volleyball, VR games, arts n crafts. Biggest negative for us is the transfer time from the airport as it's generally the last drop off (1hr 50) so we might consider private transfer in future. I'm sure we'll be back again!

Ill share the whole experience. I believe in constructive feedback. Reception desk personel are friendly and helpful, upon check in nowhere had we been told about tourism tax which we had to pay, i think this shoukd be pjt in the price you pay to come here. General hotel area clean and tidy. Rooms are small but clean. Tv tiny Fridge you cant even get a bottle of drink in to keep it cool. Housekeeping are nice and friendly and do a good job. Pool is a nice temperature and a mix of shalllow and deep. Entertainment is lacking and repetitive but staff are friendly. Now to the worst part of the holiday for us as a family and the reasoning by a 1 star reccomendation. Meal times are repetitive, same food almost for lunch and dinner every day, with a breakfast menu thats the same every day. Breakfast drink glasses are no bigger than a shot glass, same for lunch, youd need six just to get an average size drink. At dinner its a wait to be seated operation and wait to be served to ask for a drink. ( never had this on an all inclusive before) when the waiter was asked for a zero option ( sprite, fanta etc) we were informed at dinner time they dont do this, it was explained that i was diabetic and i was told only available drink for me would be water. At breakfast it was coffee and juice machines again leaving only option as water, but at lunch in same restaurant they have a machine with zero options. So very disapointing for the money i paid. At night time in restsurant it was extremely slow for the waiter to come and take order for drinks. When you see staff in there walking about amd you approach asking theyre response is we dint take orders only the 1 person per section. The plates, glasses and cutlery are dirty consistently and i have took pictures and videos as evidence to upload. There is an onsite shop with limited opening hours and no drinks available. Daily i had to take a fifteen minite walk to local shops to get myself zero options adding cost to an already pricely holiday. When enough was enough one evening and the lead supervisor / manager of the restaurant was called over to talk, they were dismissive and didnt want to know. So this in turn leads me for a 1 star review. Holiday was booked through jet2 and the last couple of holidays we have booked have been poor through them. They to will be left the review. No jet2 representitive seen throughout the stay. Lack of communication and information given upon arrival and all in all for us a piss poor holiday that quite frankly i wouldnt bring my dog to if we were in england.
