Exagon Park

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff and food (no complaints from me), the only thing I would say that puts a little bit of a worry is the distance from the airport to the hotel is over 2 hours which might put people off after a long journey from start to finish, for me it took me in total around 15 hours to get here, but overall a fantastic time.

We stayed at Hotel Exagon Park in Mallorca last year after booking a Best Price romm with all inclusive through Alltours. Unfortunately, our experience was extremly disappointing and far below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. We were aware that a "Best Price" room might come with some compromises, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. The air conditioning unit in our room appeared to be moldy, which is a serious health concern - especially since my partner has asthma. Due to the mold in the air conditioning, we requested a room change, which we were granted. Unfortunately, the second room had the exact same issue with the mold. This suggests a systemic problem rather than an isolated case. The food was another major issue. At breakfast and troughout the day, there were no fresh fruits - only thawed frozen ones. Many dishes were heavily oversalted. Overall the quality of the food was very poor and often inedible. The outdoor areas were also not properly mainted. Around the pool and in the garden area, there were sun loungeres that were clearly not cleaned. All of them were moldy and covered in bird droppings, and no one seemed to take care of it. This area made me feel unhygienic and very unpleased. Additionally, the staff became increasingly unfriendly during our stay, especially after we raised complaints. Their behaviour felt outright rude and unprofessional and at no point did anyone offer an apology. As a result, we decided to cut our stay short an flew home after just two days. Given the circumstances, we requested a full refund, which we ultimately received. We would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here.

Our first experience abroad as a family of 5 and we had such a lovely time. We went all inclusive so the children never went without and we very rarely had say no. The location was great with a short walk to some shops and restaurants and with a lovely clean, quiet beach. Further a field took you to the busier part of Can Picafort, walking distance with the best of both world. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were so friendly. Plenty of food on offer (I have picky eaters so did not venture much but the adults tried a variety) The entertainers kept the children entertained throughout the week with a variety of fun activities during the day including some for adults too on the evening. We celebrate my birthday whilst there and were gifted a bottle of bubbly to celebrate. We spent most our days at the pool. Very basic no slides etc but it was perfect for us. We had a fantastic time spending time together. Very calm and relaxing which was great for a first time.

Another amazing stay at Exagon Park! Everything is a 5-star, for sure. An amazing 4-5 minute walk to the lovely, clean, exotic beach featuring white sand. Great Swimming Pool area, plenty of sunbeds, it is always clean and inviting. Whilst in the Hotel, you experience such relaxation, it is very quiet, also I slept like a baby, which does not happen often these days. Special Thank You to all the staff and the Management, you are making our time spent in your hotel so enjoyable! Food is plentiful and fresh. Every day, something new. We arrived Friday 10th October and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was spotless and room large and clean. We went half board and the food choice was amazing! So many different salads and meats! We were impressed. The head waiter was so attentive! He worked very hard. We would definitely go back! Thankyou! Ali x
