Just returned from a 10 night stay, 4 adults and 2 children’s aged 8 and 13 We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The hotel was spotless from start to finish, with every area maintained to an high standard. Rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable, no complaints here. The food was outstanding, with a great variety every day and something to suit every taste. Best English breakfast we have had in any hotel . The drinks were excellent too, especially the cocktails, always served with a smile. There were plenty of sun beds, so we never had to worry about finding somewhere to relax by the pool. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Entertainment was also very good with some great tribute acts. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday. We can’t wait to return!

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for family friendly hotel. We stayed for 10 days all inclusive with a 12 year old girl and there was something for everyone. We arrived late on a Sunday evening to a clean and very modern looking hotel. The friendly receptionisnt greeted us and told us dinner was waiting for us despite arriving after hours which was a nice surprise! Our room was of medium size with a double and a single bed and a good sized bath room. The room was on the smaller side and even though everything was clean the overall fit was dated. However as we were only ever in the room for sleeping it didn’t bother us and no way would stop us from returning. Housekeeping was daily with clean towels every day. The food was great with excellent choice every day, even our fussy child managed to find something to eat everyday without worry. Dinner service is a bit more formal and they take your drinks order at the table and its not a help yourself dispenser. With the all inclusive one thing to note is the ice creams at the pool bar, there are only 2 particular ones that are included. So make sure you ask for the all inclusive ice creams because they aren't marked on the menu! The pizza and burger snack bar also isn't included but there are toasties and cookies at the bar that are included. The entertainment team and the booked evening performances were fab. 8.30pm for the kids disco which is aimed at under 10s and then a live performance at 9.30pm. The actual location of the hotel is remote, it is only a 10 min walk to the beach but any shops is a good 25 minute walk. There is a land train stop right outside the hotel for transport which was around €5 per person. We didn't use it but imagine it's great to get to the main town. Overall I would 100% book to go back

We very much enjoyed our stay at Exagon park. There are a few things to improve on but overall it was a very nice stay. The only things I would say is we could hear some noise from the workers below at night ( at the back of the hotel)as we were on the 1st level.Also if you have an allergy this is not ideal as the food in the restaurant is not labelled properly. The pool is amazing! The only thing I would say is the deep end gets to around 2 meters and it is that obvious so be careful! It was very easy to get a sun bed in the morning. No waking up early to get a good spot though we did get one before breakfast. Our table next to the sun beds did get nicked so we had no where to put our drinks. The next morning we covered it with a towel it does work so maybe try that. Very close to the beach which is good as there is as pathway from the hotel to the beach. Overall great stay!

We have just returned from 10 nights at this hotel and had the most wonderful time. There was nothing that we could fault. The pool was great, loads of sunbeds, even if you go down later in the day. Shade is important for us and there was so much shade to put your sunbed in, it worked perfectly. The pool was always clean and looked cared for. The food was fantastic, even with a fussy eater, there was always something to eat. The service and staff were spot on, always happy to help and cheerful. We thought the rooms were great, especially liked having a fridge in the room to keep our chocolate and milk for morning cuppa! The location was perfect, quiet location but close enough to bars and shops and restaurants and so close to the lovely beach as well. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return. Amazing location and one of the best hotels in the area with a large pool and activities if you want to take part. Plenty of sunbeds which was great. 5 min walk to the beach. Very clean - the cleaners and reception work exceptionally hard. The only thing we were disappointed with was the all inclusive which we did feed back on the survey whilst there. The only food outside the set lunch and dinner times is cheese and ham toasties which you have to toast yourself at the pool bar! A couple of pastry options but that’s it. Limited to two choices of ice cream only. There is a wide variety of snacks and ice creams you can buy at the pool bar but that defeats the concept of AI. Breakfast was good, lunch fair but evening meal repeat of the lunch offering really. Not much variety from one day to the next so ended up eating out after the second day it would have been more cost effective to go B&B as this fell short of other AI packages enjoyed at other resorts.
