Pensioners paradise Well where do we start its only our second day as a family and it is beyond shocking The entrance is ok gives us false hope on arrival Lets get to the room firstly There are loads of wires hanging everywhere and it is so dated. You have to pay for the safe deposit box and also there are no tea and coffee facilities. The TV is so small its only bigger than a tablet!! Doors hanging off hinges and the fridge is so small you can only fit three cans of drink in there Family resort??? The all inclusive part of it its atrocious The snack bar has only cookies and stale ham and cheese bread if you want chips or pizzas anything for kids you have to pay. Its claiming all inclusive theres no inclusivity on that at all when you have to pay for actual food especially for your kids The food selection in the main restaurant i have seen so many kids just eat spaghetti as there is no other food options for kids. The restaurant looks like something out of 1960s if you like dirty dancing You can only change your towels every 3 days as well To sum it up i have been to lower rated all.inclusive hotels with better facilities and caters to children. This was our annual family holiday and we still have 7 days of this. Going to end up eating out as there is nothing for my child On the positive staff are friendly and plenty of space but i wouldnt class it as 4 star more like 2/3 at a push i believe all the reviews where done by people in the older generation categories The shop on site has nothing to help people visiting but a lovely supermarket 5 minutes away Truly dissapointed and a waste of money for families and the all inclusive part is literally non existent My final statement is this is not a family resort even though it claims to be

Just returned from this hotel and will not ever return again. I have logged an official complaint with Tui due to the disgusting comments made from a particular Cocky man on reception who blaintly belittled me and claimed he was doing me a favour for helping me when l am struggling at 48 with Cancer. The week before l was in hospital and wasn't certain l would be fit to fly, it meant alot for me to take my son away after a 2 years of intesive treatment and a reoccurence. The rooms were adequate and clean, majority of other staff were lovely too. There is no clear explanation about the rules of all inclusive especially with mealtime drinks. The snacks inbetween are toasties (no vegan option for my friend) but it was the layout of the food that let it down. You queue for hot meat and fish, then queue past all the salads, paella and pizza before reaching the other end for hot food that is luke warm. No ideal at all and labelling not clear and food not topped up quickly at all. Extremely disappointing holiday. 3 star status which again is fine but very disorganised and if you raise any sort of issue they become defensive and rude. Thankfully, there is CCTV to prove all this aswell as a full complaint going to head office as the hotel manager has no interest. To be clear, l do NOT want my money back, l want a proper apology for the way l was treated over my illness and clear disability. Did the practically having no hair not give it away. One positive is the pool area. This was lovely and both our children enjoyed the activities for older teens and the bar staff and animation staff were lovely.

The very first thing we must say is the staff are excellent friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The receptionists (sorry I can't remember their names) made us welcome immediately and they were like this throughout our stay. Javier and all his staff in the restaurant(André needs a mention too along with José and all the bar staff. The lovely,friendly housekeeping staff, any staff we saw all friendly and always with a smile. The rooms are a little dated but I'd take the cleanliness of the rooms anytime and they are very clean. It's been said many times but the amount of sunbeds and space around the pool needs a mention. If you want a kettle ask at reception, the bar will give cups, milk,etc if you need it. Fridge in room and you do get a bottle of water on arrival but take a water bottle so you can refill to take back to room. Beach is very close a short walk, it's definitely not too far for young children to walk 5 mins maybe a couple mins more in heat. Even a hose as you get back to hotel to wash sand of feet etc. The gates are only open I think 8-8pm nice to know it's secure,so you would need to walk along the road if you want a evening stroll. The food served in pretty black dishes look nice but think this doesn't keep food as warm as other ways,Lots of choice of food. Would have been nice to have better choice of snacks at pool bar so didn't have to go to restaurant at lunch time if didn't want to. Also would have liked to be able to have ice-cream in afternoon from bar rather than only available at meal times. The staff definitely make this hotel.

Came across this hotel by chance as was looking for last minute holiday in quiet location, with a pool and near a beach so I could relax for a few days as a solo traveller. I was greeted by Samuel who was friendly and welcoming. He explained the all inclusive package and where to find things. He saw me the next day and stopped to check how I was doing which was a nice touch. The restaurant layout was a bit odd with salad in the middle of the show cooking and the hot food, but it was easy to find things. Plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner service had drinks brought to the table which was a nice touch. Andres and Juan always greeted me with a smile. There were three bars: main indoor bar, pool bar and evening entertainment bar. The pool bar had plenty of tables in sun and shade, serving in glasses if seated, or plastic cups for the pool loungers. The main bar was very relaxed in the evening with music and an elegant and comfortable feeling. Lovely cocktails and sangria on the all inclusive package, as well as plenty of other choices. All bar staff were friendly and attentive, especially Paco, Toni and Dani who were always smiling. Very efficient service so didn't have to wait long to be served. The pool was the main highlight. I loved the lagoon style. Water was fresh and crystal clear so lovely to take a dip. I chose the hotel due to the pool layout with a choice of poolside or gardens, which meant you could find a peaceful place to sit. Plenty of sun loungers which were clean and comfortable. Parts of the hotel like the room and corridor to rooms were a little dated but the whole hotel (inside and out was spotlessly clean. I quite liked the 'retro' feel! The room balcony was lovely to sit and watch the world go by for a bit. The room had a fridge which was a bonus for keeping water cool. Although I didn't take part, there were plenty of activities throughout the day and into the evening for both adults and children. Staff are exceptionally professional, attentive and welcoming. From check in, bar, restaurant and housekeeping, everyone works hard to make your stay the best. I will absolutely be coming back to Exagon Park as it exceeded my expectations (might even come back in September!). A beautiful setting next to the nature park and beach just 2 hours from the UK and around 90 minute transfer from Palma meant I found a slice of paradise and the perfect place to relax with sunshine and cocktails on tap.

I am just about to leave. This hotel is exceptional with friendly; helpful staff throughout. Food exceptional and LOTS of choices. Take the back way from the swimming pool exit (walk past the lift to the gateway). A lot quicker, prettier and flat. It took Mr 15 mins and I have breathing problems! Do not guarantee on the Ting Ting train times unless you are summertime when both are running, as can be late! However it was wonderful when travelled on one. Card oayment only. Buses to Alcudia are 10/15 up the road as well as other areas. I did not participate in activities but they looked great fun. Cleanliness of the rooms is first class. There is a shop on site that sells essentials in the afternoon. I will admit the decor needs updating, as there were picture hooks with nothing on!!. I also personally would have liked the bar outside area be opened during the day. I have a disability and it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit without having to go downstairs, but do realise I am in the minority. All in all, even with the minor negatives for a personal reason. This hotel is 5 star for its provision and area. PS. There were NO mosquitos. It is with a great heart I have to leave. But would love to return.
