Exagon Park

Lovely welcome from the two gentleman on reception when we checked in early morning. On reaching our room the bedside lights were on and the air-conditioning was on so it was really welcoming. The room was a little dated but very cosy and absolutely spotless. It was cleaned everyday and fresh towels daily if we desired. We were bed and breakfast and really enjoyed the breakfast great choice and it was hot.All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay thank you.

Our room was very comfortable. Clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. The reception team were very helpful . We were halfboard and the food was so good. There were five of us including an 11 year old and a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for us all. Different choices every night. Not far from the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Exagon Park. The staff here are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere was spotless. Lovely clean rooms to go back to at the end of every day. The pool was beautiful and plenty of sun beds, even coming down at 10am after breakfast we never struggled to find beds and there were 7 of us! Would've been nice to be able to eat lunch by the pool instead of going into the dining room every day but there is a lovely outside terrace you can eat on outside the dining room with parasols. At the pool bar they have a cabinet with sandwiches and pastries if you wanted to stay by the pool. The food was delicious and plenty of choice for everyone in our group ranging from a 10 year old to a 79 year old! The layout of the hotel is very nice and the reception area when you arrive is really lovely. We had someone in our group who struggles with stairs and we were told the quickest way down to the pool via the lifts and we were given an accessible room when I requested this by emailing the hotel directly. They responded straight away and were very helpful. The night time entertainment was really good, a very nice surprise! You can walk to the beach within 5 minutes along a path from the hotel and there is a lovely beach bar where we had an iced latte. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

I’m giving a 5 star review as I can find no fault with Exagon Park having had a great 7 day holiday as a party of 9 (kids aged 8-15). Before going I was concerned by some of the lower scoring reviews but honestly there is no need to be concerned. The grounds of the hotel are perfect, no issues with sunbeds, loads of space. I found the 25 minute beachfront walk to the nearest town to be a good way of staying active whilst away, although some of my family got the Ting Ting with no issues. I’ve no complaints regarding the food. It met my expectations of an all inclusive buffet style menu. The staff working the restaurant were professional and friendly. The entertainment was again what I expect from this type of family hotel. It brought a fun end to each day with the bar being open until midnight. Yes, the rooms are dated but they are spotless and whilst only spending time in the room to sleep and change, I’ve no complaints. The coach transfer to the hotel is a slog at 1.5hrs….hut this isn’t the fault of Exagon Park so it would be unfair to knock down my score. Overall a great holiday. Thanks to all the staff

Just returned from a 10 night stay, 4 adults and 2 children’s aged 8 and 13 We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The hotel was spotless from start to finish, with every area maintained to an high standard. Rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable, no complaints here. The food was outstanding, with a great variety every day and something to suit every taste. Best English breakfast we have had in any hotel . The drinks were excellent too, especially the cocktails, always served with a smile. There were plenty of sun beds, so we never had to worry about finding somewhere to relax by the pool. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Entertainment was also very good with some great tribute acts. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday. We can’t wait to return!
