I had an outstanding stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, which made the stay feel both luxurious and welcoming. The hotel’s location was perfect—conveniently situated near local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff especially Ray from animations went above and beyond to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. Their friendliness and professionalism made a lasting impression. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had for such a great value. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to friends, family, and fellow travelers looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Had a whale of a time . Friendly staff , great facilities

The rooms were good and cleaned every day. The views were stunning, looking right over the two beaches. This did mean, however we were above the entertainment bit outside so be aware this is loud until around 11pm (if you have young kids etc). I liked there was an option for loungers on the grass in the shade whilst still having a lovely view and you don’t have to just be sat around the pool. Staff friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Food was okay… it wasn’t to my taste and quite samey but I did find something to eat every meal.

Lovely atmosphere, great facilities. Food is great, vibes are great. Ray is the best!! Highly recommend :))

Plus points - Lovely views, friendly happy staff, clean. No problem getting a sunbed. Drinks were fine. Entertainment looked good if you like that kind of thing. Negative - food got very samey after a few days. Dinner wasn't until 7pm which for us felt quite late. Bus transfer was an hour and half which doesn't sound long but it felt much longer. Overall I would say I would stay here again
