Globales Cala Viñas

Amazing! Absolutely could not ask for a better time. The food was delicious, everything was clean, entertainment certainly didnt disappoint too! The staff were incredible — Salma (I believe thats how you spell her name) Was incredibly kind when she stopped to talk to our group for a while, we had such a lovely conversation with her. David too! They all did such an amazing job on their shifts :)

The hotel is set in a beautiful location and makes the most of it's proximately to the sea. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and there was so much variation each night, other half particularly liked the fish and seafood selection. Rooms were okay, really needed more clothes hangers in the wardrobe (we had 9 between the two of us), bedside drawers would have been good too - there were no drawers at all in the room! The bed was comfy though and air con good. Our biggest complaint was the price of renting the room safe, nearly 6 euros per night! Most of the guests were complaining about this. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed 4 nights after a cruise and upgraded ro VIP as a treat. Its a beautiful location with VIP on the 5th floor overlooking the sea. It has its own bar and a small dip pool.. and that's the only difference. Coctails in All Inclusive are pre mixed with sugary sickly mixes and local spirits. So poor to the point we didnt have any and stuck to prosecco. Only one choice of lager -take it or leave it. The food is excellent with a wonderful salad bar and fresh cooked foods. The hotel has a fab cave bar with evening entertainment. If we stay at a Globales again we would go B and B or HB as AI drinks are not a good standard for us to justify the cost. We expected quality over quantity in the VIP so we wouldnt do that again, either. Overall a lovely relaxing stay with nice food in a lovely location.

Our holiday was a family event young adults to seniors.The hotel was suitable for all the party good food and drink. The location is beautiful but a little too far out of Magaluf for the older members to walk in,(A courtesy bus would help).All in an excellent holiday enjoyed by all.Thank You.

We have just arrived and it’s just as stunning as we remember. Nice to see some familiar faces and it feels like coming home. Don’t listen to the negativity we love it here it and so do lots of other people we’ve already spoken too. Looking forward to chilling and enjoying everything this lovely hotel and staff has to offer again this week
