We have just come back . We enjoyed our stay it was relaxing our room was clean and had everything we needed it would have been nice if we had tea and coffee making fertility as had to wait until we went to restaurant to have our morning cuppa. If I had to make a criticism it would be that the food was cold which took away the enjoyment as there was quite a choice of things to eat i tryed to heat in microwave but it wasn't working staff was welcoming and polite. As I said if food was warmer I would have given it 5 stars. Having said that it was located near to all amenities

when my partner and I and our friend booked for this hotel we paid extra for my partner and I a superior room with double bed due to my partners disability but I dont think it was a superior room, it was 2 single beds pushed together, but we did have a walking shower for my partners disability. Room was kept clean with fresh towels etc. restaurant food average. Breakfast food not hot enough near enough cold fried eggs lunch and evening meals not bad I suppose, desserts not that great. Also some plates were chipped can cause bacteria. Not even a Restaurant manager in which I feel their should have been one. entertainmenet not bad Staff excellent. Well all in all we shall not go to that haotel ever again, needs looking at especiall in the restaurant where in should be hot plates and hot food.

This was our 3rd time staying! Previously has been amazing. But on this occasion it was beyond that. We had dirty curtains,bedding the floor was sticking and the room was heavily out dated. There was 1 plug socket which had the telly plugged in so we couldn’t charge anything. When speaking to reception they said we could have an extension lead. But the cleanliness was beyond wanting to remain in the room. The food was off the scale awful, if you liked lettuce,cucumber, and chips you were ok.. the snack bar was always good but who wants to eat pizza,burgers and chips everyday all day! Totally disappointed we were upgraded at our cost of £150!!!!! No decency or lack of consideration! Sadly this will be our last visit.. must say alcudia garden across the road looks very inviting so will try that next time. We have also recommended this hotel. But sadly the amount of people who were disappointed by the food wasn’t just our liking or not.. other staff very friendly

Supposedly had a "superior" room on top floor (despite requesting low level due to disabilities) nothing superior about it. Walls were dirty wiyh matks on them. Bedding threadbare. No wardrobe door just a cupboard with 2 shelves so couldn't hang full length clothes. Room supposed to be cleaned daily. Had to go reception as no toilet rolls. No kettle or drink making facilities in room. As per other reviews inside bar not open so have to do out in rain to outside bar to get drinks and come back in navigating slippery floor. Sunbeds are mouldy. No tables with any sunbeds around pool. Food cold unless you go minute restaurant opens as nothing keeping it warm. Small woman worker who drags feet everywhere burst out kitchen door into restaurant nearly knocking me flying when struggling to walk with a crutch carrying a hot drink. Looked at me as though I was to blame no apology! Drinks machines kept failing and having to report to fix. Room cards had to be reprogrammed twice in 4 days apparently due to being close to phones that wipes the signal according to reception. Rep was nice but aware of issues. Pool has broken tiles. There are loose slabs outside on way to bar. Not very safe with children as people use it as a street cut through. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner not provided. No plug for sink. Mosquitos were a problem in October with bites at night in room even tho door shut. A very run down hotel claiming to be 3 star on tourist tax

Wow, where do I start, if you read my last review you will see I am honest give reviews on my own personnel experience. This was my 5th visit to this hotel and unfortunately it will be my last. We arrived on the 06th of October and were told we had been upgraded free of charge to Superior rooms due to availability. We were on floors 07 and 09 although we asked for rooms together and as low as possible due to ages. We had to fetch the cleaners in to the room on the 09th floor 3 times due to ant infestation crawling all over the floor and clothing. All the cleaners did was spray with repellant and told us any further assistance call reception. On the 09th we were having a great time enjoying the entertainment when a young toxicated Irish chap decided to flash his manhood to his female companions in front of my child, the animation team and security saw me confront this person but did nothing. Storm Alice had her say on the entertainment with one particular night deciding to go indoors but NOT OPENING the inside bar which meant you had to keep going out in the rain therefore making the reception area floor wet and slippy. The food sadly has deteriated unless you like Chicken on the bone or Beef stew as these were the highlights of the evening meals. On our last day we were taking our luggage to the luggage room and the TUI rep was entertaining her new arrivals however she decided to sit right in the front of the stage blocking the throughfare to the luggage room. By doing this an elderly lady trying to get past her tripped over the edge of the stage and fell hurting herself badly. When I reported this to reception who had witnessed the fall they made excuses up saying it was our fault, if maybe we had gone round the long way to the luggage room it would not have happened. Why did the Tui rep have to sit in the throughfare?? it was a bloody empty room they could have sat anywhere else. Now the good bits, Bar staff as usual excellent, animation? well sadly we didn't get to know their names but the male.... just didn't want to be there but was good when was there, the young girl...... only been there 6 weeks and was a little bit lost when left on her own but did a very good job to say how short a time she had been there. Overall a very average vacation.
