Globales Condes de Alcudia

Just arrived home from our second visit to the hotel, and our last. Stayed here for four nights last year, and decided to do seven nights this year. Unfortunately this was not one of our better judgements. The food has improved but not massively as we ended up eating out on a few occasions. The room itself was clean but really needed an upgrade. The bathroom featured various cracked tiles and a small chip in the bath, which was a potential to cut skin. The room was small and not a lot of room to put away clothes, so we lived out of our cases. A big upset this year was an unruly family who were noisy and loud, not the hotels fault, but did spoil the majority of peoples fun. All in all not a brilliant experience of a holiday. Plenty of hotels to stay at in alcudia but would definitely not stay at this one again.

Booked through a local travel agent as it looked a good location and it was. Fantastic for the beach approximately 5 minute walk to a massive vast area and the port area about 10 minutes.The hotel has two sides with one being beach/ sea view and the far side over looking other buildings. Communal areas are all clean and tidy but the lifts are so slow and you can only see where the lifts are from the ground floor. Restaurant has a vast selection of food for breakfast, lunch and but it doesn’t maintain the temperature and was mostly warm when we ate. The first room we went too was not very clean and I requested to be moved due to this. The second room was better but there is no excuse for dirt and grime. Entertainment was mini disco which was not for children as it didn’t start till 8:30, there was then bingo at 9:30 then after that either karaoke or singers or dancers. The only thing is being pool /sea side of the hotel is the noise from the entertainment travels and it goes on till gone 11:00 and it’s very loud.

It’s ok if looking for cheap holiday food not a lot of choice mostly the same everyday something different sometimes good location for the port and beach room just basic but no fridge or chair in room staff was friendly who I come in contact with the safe is expensive £41 euros plus £10 euros deposit

Staff came across average. Terrible got bad back pain due to bed being uncomfortable. Mold or dirt along the skirt board near the balcony door. Hairs, flies and dirty dishes, didn't look like they cared about the dishes during the services, and the flies were all around the food.

Always amazing very happy friendly staff all areas of service are brilliant especially myline and adrian as entertainment they bring people together and make new friends at this hotel 10/10 will always holiday here my home from home
