Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights . We have stayed there few years ago so we decided to go back as the hotel was nice. It was our 25th wedding anniversary. I see reviews from people saying how good this hotel is but maybe their standards are not very high! WiFi you cannot connect to. The room was in need of a lot of updating. We didn't use socket in bathroom for hairdryer as it was very loose and we were worried about plugging anything in there!! Toilet was right next to the sink with the loo roll holder behind you! Bathroom taps seem rusty and hard to turn on/off. Flooring needs replacing. Shower isn't good. Only one socket in bedroom...tv above which the plug only just reached! The bedroom furniture is old and shabby. We went back to this hotel as it was nice before but it is going down hill Food was very under average. It wasnt bad ....chicken. fish, pork stew etc Cheap cuts but lots of salads chips. Not a fantastic range. We didnt stay in to use the pool or pool bar so cannot comment on this. We saw some of the entertainment when we came back at nights but we go put into the town as its what we prefer to do.. from what we saw the entertainment seemed average. All in all we felt it wasn't somewhere we would return. We did laugh about all the things wrong in our room but we wanted to go back as the room we had few years ago was better. Maybe its because we were half board and not "all inclusive ".? Cleaning staff did their job. Cannot fault them. Clean towels when requested....beds were made. Reception staff were ok...some communication problems at times.....the reception area was clean. We did feel disappointed as it was our special anniversary. We would NOT return to this hotel. Very disappointing

It was our second stay in this hotel from previous last year, we found the Hotel to be just as nice however we did have a few disappointments regarding the food as generally cold and poor quality! The bar staff especially the young men came over arrogant and unhelpful unless you were a young female? They have also introduced a token system for drinks on return of the plastic glasses however non of these rules were implemented by the bar staff which seemed to me more of a pain for them? lastly the pool area was overtaken by a large group of men playing ball and drinking when children were trying to play in the pool. This should not be aloud!!

I’m here at the moment with a few friends and genuinely cannot understand the negative reviews. The food is absolutely excellent from the restaurant to the snack bar, the hotel is squeaky clean, the staff are consistently perfectly presented and friendly, my room is spacious with a big balcony (422), no shortage of loungers and seats around the pool, and the entertainment has something for everybody. Oh, and no crappy squishy soft plastic glasses from the bar! The resort itself is great - lots of places to eat and drink, soft sandy beaches, no litter, no graffiti. Feels really safe. The Old Town is a must visit for the day - market on Tuesday. If I had to pick a fault, it would be that you only get one key for your room…. All in all a great place. Would I stay here again? 110%. Where do you start... Accessibility for Disabled not good. Access at the front of the hotel was a little ramp where you had to alter the direction of the wheelchair just to get into the Hotel via the automatic doors . We couldn't even then get the Wheelchair into the lift with the Suitcases and then on getting to our room couldn't get the Wheelchair into the room without having to fold it up. There were two lifts in the hotel that could hold Six People. This made it a nightmare at Mealtime. Food was cold and there was no Children's section. What Child wants to eat Dogfish. Staff didn't seem to want to clean up food debris just walking past it. The Pool Area was very cramped. One morning the Children found glass in the small pool. Reception were informed but nothing done about it.Entertainment was noisy but the Children enjoyed the Mini Disco.Cleanliness was an issue. Rooms didn't get swept. We were left without towels on one day this was soon resolved though. Outside areas were clean however.Did we get Value for money no I don't think so. Think Jet2 need to look at this hotel for the comments that are made .
