I’m here at the moment with a few friends and genuinely cannot understand the negative reviews. The food is absolutely excellent from the restaurant to the snack bar, the hotel is squeaky clean, the staff are consistently perfectly presented and friendly, my room is spacious with a big balcony (422), no shortage of loungers and seats around the pool, and the entertainment has something for everybody. Oh, and no crappy squishy soft plastic glasses from the bar! The resort itself is great - lots of places to eat and drink, soft sandy beaches, no litter, no graffiti. Feels really safe. The Old Town is a must visit for the day - market on Tuesday. If I had to pick a fault, it would be that you only get one key for your room…. All in all a great place. Would I stay here again? 110%. Have a great holiday guys!

Where do you start... Accessibility for Disabled not good. Access at the front of the hotel was a little ramp where you had to alter the direction of the wheelchair just to get into the Hotel via the automatic doors . We couldn't even then get the Wheelchair into the lift with the Suitcases and then on getting to our room couldn't get the Wheelchair into the room without having to fold it up. There were two lifts in the hotel that could hold Six People. This made it a nightmare at Mealtime. Food was cold and there was no Children's section. What Child wants to eat Dogfish. Staff didn't seem to want to clean up food debris just walking past it. The Pool Area was very cramped. One morning the Children found glass in the small pool. Reception were informed but nothing done about it.Entertainment was noisy but the Children enjoyed the Mini Disco.Cleanliness was an issue. Rooms didn't get swept. We were left without towels on one day this was soon resolved though. Outside areas were clean however.Did we get Value for money no I don't think so. Think Jet2 need to look at this hotel for the comments that are made .

Very disappointed! Very basic and small rooms very noisy from outside and inside hotel can hear people in next rooms and hallways ,food very very basic and every meal we ate was cold ,had to wait every meal on trays being refilled very slow still cold and burnt,lifted plates of table when we were still eating definitely NOT worth the money Pool area small not enough umbrellas for loungers and squeezed in Location was only thing good for beach and port

Once again we are here on holiday and once again the staff have been fantastic. A special mention goes to the entertainers Myline and Adrian, who are excellent at their jobs and always make sure everyone is having a great time. Their energy, professionalism and friendliness really make the holiday extra special. Thank you all for another wonderful stay! From Lee, Terri & Sandra

Went with family including my 2 month old,7&5 year old, we were on level 8 and couldn't fault the room it was lovely and clean and the cleaners do an amazing job!! there was a few ants but i think that was due to us coming in from the beach and sand being on the floor from shoes. The food was good, a little more variety would be nice one night I just ate pasta has didn’t like anything else. Breakfast was cold but still tasty so can’t really complain about that. The entertainment at night was also good but the kids disco could do with starting a little earlier as my children were tired by 830. The entertainment staff were amazing I could not fault them. The woman even went as far as keeping it a secret between my Mum‘s boyfriend and her and he proposed on stage!! the music could do with being a little bit quieter at times. I asked them to turn it down first night and they didn’t but from then on it wasn't as much however, could still hear it with the balcony door open on level 8. it is such a lovely atmosphere and my little girl loved the fact that there was colouring on the stage during the day and unlimited ice cream!!! I I had to pay for a kettle which I was not happy about, as I think it’s a necessity when you have a newborn baby so i will return next year on the basis that the rooms start to have tea and coffee facilities, most hotels provide a kettle free of charge!! Other than that it was amazing and my children miss it already!
