Literally just checked out and waiting for transfer to the airport. Had a fantastic holiday. No complaints at all. I was so nervous because of some reviews but I think some of these people are expecting 5star for 3 star cost! Do some things need a bit of a refurb.. yes is the toilet location in the bathroom weird .. yes. But it's spotlessly clean everywhere All staff are so nice and smiley. From reception to bar staff to wait staff and cleaners. Never a fight for sunbeds. There is so much choice for food it's impossible to not find something you like (and as for the complaints of it being cold... I never found this but did see a microwave so no prob there)Yes you have to wait for the lift but your on holiday what are u in a rush for. I would come back tomorrow very happily!

Firstly, reception staff need to cheer up and learn some customer skills. We did ask for a low floor as i do not go in lifts, we got a low floor but the room was tiny and the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. The patio door , secondary lock had screw missing and didn’t open very well. There were big industrial fans the other side of our balcony , room 112, that made a loud sound 24/7 and lots of empty cans thrown beneath. We didn’t sleep a whole night in the 11 night we stayed. It’s advertised you receive WiFi !!!!!! You’re lucky if you get 10 minutes a day. The Food is horrendous. Tasteless, weird selection, dogfish !!!! Who wants stew in 35 degree heat ?. If all you want is salad with every meal, breakfast included, you will be fine. No variety at all. The adult pool is not big enough or standard for all guests staying in hotel. Would never return or advise people to say there. Housekeepers were lovely and very nice. Desiree in restaurant and on outside bar was very friendly.

Never book this hotel! Stay away.

Well... what can I say about this hotel.. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the most unfriendly member of the reception team, talk about miserable, just what you want when you have arrived for you holiday, lady was abrupt and rude and very patronising. We also worked out that other guests that were booked in were told information about the hotel, where things were etc, not us, we even had to ask where the lifts etc were. WIFI is awful so I wouldn't rely on that either. The lifts at this hotel are an absolute joke, two lifts to serve the whole hotel which only fit four people in max, there was always a queue for the lift and you found yourself sandwiched in-between random strangers as people all crammed into them. The rooms were dated an old fashioned. We had one working plug socket between the three of us. When I went to remove the plug the whole face plate including all the wires came out from the wall, an absolute accident waiting to happen. The bathroom is the weirdest layout ever. To sit on the loo you have your legs wedged underneath the sink and its extremely uncomfortable. If you were a larger person you would struggle to even get onto the loo! not sure who designed this :) The pool is small and cramped and not big enough for the hotel so we went to the beach every day. If we did choose to go in the pool you literally had to dodge people hurling balls around at each other. Lifeguard was useless and at times could not even see the pool fully as he was sat behind a pram! Food was truly awful. I am not fussy by any means but the food was cold, bland and everything was so dry! so make sure that you have yourself a drink to wash it down!, there also was not really a huge selection of dishes. More worrying you literally had to guess what the food was as there were no labels telling you what it was, nothing about allergies, wheat etc. Not sure how a hotel can actually get away with this, but it does happen here and luckily none of us had any allergies. Luckily we were only in this place for three nights, there is no way I could have eaten seven nights of this rubbish. The laughable thing about this hotel is that they have signage on their tables saying 'The hotel of your lifetime' :). For a Spanish three star hotel this was a massive let down and certainly would never return. Also be aware when exiting out to the pool area there is a marble step which has no signage or even painted to alert you it is there, a massive trip risk. The whole hotel is like a death trap. We noticed at night they even turn all the lights off around the pool, so if you do go on a night out be careful coming back as you could end up in the pool in darkness. The baby pool also is located right next to a gate (which is permanently open) and leads onto a main road, not ideal if you have kids! Only plus is when you leave the hotel and go to the beach :)
