The hotel is in a great location and was reasonably clean, but there are several areas that could be improved. The food and drinks were average at best. Much of the food was fried and lacked flavour. At one food station, the pork stir-fry consisted of pork being grilled and then covered in HP brown sauce, which was very disappointing. The reception staff were rude and gave the impression that they didn’t enjoy their jobs. They were neither helpful nor welcoming during our stay. I was also unhappy that guests had to pay €50 to use the in-room safe, despite it already being installed in the room. We only ate breakfast and occasionally lunch at the hotel, choosing to eat out most evenings because the food quality wasn’t good enough. The pillows were uncomfortable, which affected our sleep, and as we were staying on the ground floor, it was concerning that the cleaners repeatedly left our patio doors open. This was a significant security issue, as anyone could have entered the room. Overall, while the location is excellent, the poor food, unhelpful staff, additional charges, and security concerns mean I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

me and my nana arrived at globales in may, we had an amazing time staff and the hotel was amazing, our only downfall was the wifi in the room and the door was broken, we spoke our concerns and the door situation was resolved quickly, we unfortunately couldn't get any wifi in the room for our stay, the bar staff was amazing, they was very kind. the food was lovely, it's great for everyone, there's plenty of choice wether your like me a picky eater or eat anything, entertainment was good plenty of songs for everyone to join in, there wasn't loads around but a bus that gets you to a town close by called port de pellenca, there was some lovely shops around the hotel, plenty of choices there but the staff was so helpful to tell you which bus and where it is and how to get there, the rooms and hotel were very clean, our overall stay was really good and i'd highly recommend!

A lovely hotel in a picturesque location. Friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable rooms and a decent size pool made our stay here very pleasant. We will definitely be coming here again.

All in all a very good and clean hotel, however the food is hardly ever better than warm and needs a greater variety. The drinks for all inclusive guests are very limited and cocktails are all pre mixed and very cheap

A fabulous location with a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a peaceful chilled out holiday. The rooms are lovely, and are cleaned every day. Ours had a sea view to die for.
