From the minute you are greeted by the receptionists at this fabulous hotel, you know you are going to enjoy your stay. Rooms are well equipped, dining room and patio area have fabulous views. There are more than enough sun beds for everyone, both on the patio and at the lovely poolside area. We stayed all inclusive - and have no complaints whatsoever. I don’t think there was ANYTHING that wasn’t available to eat - the choice was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the roast pork with crackling!! It just fell apart. I do have mobility issues, and struggled to get into the walk in pool without a bar to hold on to, however, this was no problem, as the wonderful life guard was there to help me in, and then watched for me to come out, and was there and waiting to assist me with a hand. 5* to him. We will definitely return - and recommend highly.

This is not a 4* hotel. I would say max 3*. Pool area in tiny for the amount of residents. Pool was dirty and tiles crumbling. Food was ok. Breakfast and lunch were better than dinner. Snack bar was ok. Rooms look nice and spacious but are not cleaned properly at all. Our shower was blocked and over filling into bathroom area. After 3 days we had drain flies everywhere and had to move rooms. Area is extremely quiet and not much to do at all. Have to get bus or taxi into town

Loved our week here! Different to massive hotels we usually go for. But enjoyed relaxed vibe, no kids and fabulous location and views. It was bliss sitting on terrace overlooking the sea, and having a dip when needed a cool down, wonderful. Food was average but no complaints, not having water replenished in room took some getting used to but got used to refilling water bottles at bar. A suggestion would be to have water/ice stations on each floor. Entertainment was as expected, some piano music in the lounge area after dinner would be nice, there was one evening where a lady played the violin outside which was really nice. Took a taxi to puerto pollensa cost about £15 and was well worth a visit, lots of lovely restaurants and had lovely meal. ( Didn’t get bus as was too hot! ) Oh and loved the goats! Would definitely return for relaxing holiday.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful peaceful location . Very friendly and helpful staff , especially the lifeguard at the pool who was very attentive helping less mobile people in and out of the pool . The restaurant had a nice outside seating area overlooking the bay , and there was a good selection of food . Our room was ok , but a bit small with a pillar in the middle of it which was annoying. The hotel was spotlessly clean . Our only criticism was that for a hotel of this size the pool was far too small . There were plenty of sun beds in other areas of the hotel , but they were nowhere near the pool . But overall , a great holiday at The Don Pedro.

Stayed for 4 nights in July 2026 Clean, quiet, friendly staff but definitely not 4 star. Breakfast is ok but lunch & dinner is awful. The food hall floor was always greasy and dangerously slippery, when we complained they just brushed it off as if it’s normal to walk around as if you are a penguin. Drinks are watered down, coffee is weak and the red wine has as much alcohol as ribena, A/C barely worked and had multiple power cuts on one of the days meaning we couldn’t escape the heat also the water went off so we couldn’t cool off in the shower either. On a plus side the sea is very clear and great for snorkelling.
