A lovely hotel in a beautiful peaceful location . Very friendly and helpful staff , especially the lifeguard at the pool who was very attentive helping less mobile people in and out of the pool . The restaurant had a nice outside seating area overlooking the bay , and there was a good selection of food . Our room was ok , but a bit small with a pillar in the middle of it which was annoying. The hotel was spotlessly clean . Our only criticism was that for a hotel of this size the pool was far too small . There were plenty of sun beds in other areas of the hotel , but they were nowhere near the pool . But overall , a great holiday at The Don Pedro.

Stayed for 4 nights in July 2026 Clean, quiet, friendly staff but definitely not 4 star. Breakfast is ok but lunch & dinner is awful. The food hall floor was always greasy and dangerously slippery, when we complained they just brushed it off as if it’s normal to walk around as if you are a penguin. Drinks are watered down, coffee is weak and the red wine has as much alcohol as ribena, A/C barely worked and had multiple power cuts on one of the days meaning we couldn’t escape the heat also the water went off so we couldn’t cool off in the shower either. On a plus side the sea is very clear and great for snorkelling.

Not a 4* resort at all, firstly when we arrived we were advised that the room wasn’t ready and to go back around at 1pm we went back and were told that the room was ready but check in wasn’t until 2pm but we could pay 20 euros for early check in!!! Then we had to pay for pool towels at 10 euros each deposit and if we wanted the towels washed it would be 1 euro!! Then if we wanted a safe it was 11 euros PER NIGHT!!! (If you’re staying for 2weeks this quite an added extra plus the tourist tax!!) never in my life have I had to pay for a safe which makes me think how bad is the security in this hotel? When we got into our room it looked like the door had been forced open and the lock was very badly damaged as did a lot of the doors in the hotel this was very worrying!! We were in room 320.. The room had a beautiful view but unfortunately had a very bad musty smell the whole time we were there. The air conditioning is outdated and doesn’t really work either and is quite noisy. Food was okay, sometimes can be warm, and is served incredibly early in the evening and also finishes at 9.00pm who wants to leave the beach/activities so early? And then be left with scraps of food? We determined this was down to the lack of staff and them being made to work incredibly long hours, you would see the same staff working morning, lunch, dinner and well into the evening!! The staff are this hotels Biggest asset and should be rewarded for all the hard work they put into running this hotel!! The sun-bed noise on the patio is also frustrating, guest scrapping there beds along the patio can be loud at times when your trying to relax, some rubber feet would easily stop this? As this is part all inclusive hotel some guests get very drunk very loud and abusive mainly and very embarrassing to say English!! This is also why we would not entertain this hotel again!! The patio near the rocky area needed some sort of security, it seemed anyone could just walk into the hotel and get into the hotel very easily gates by the pool were always left open and this to me caused a worrying security risk? This was an adult only hotel you also had children just wondering up-to the bar and buying drinks? When I’m in an adult only hotel I want it to be just that adults!! Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend this hotel, the area is lovely and staff were fabulous however.

Pros * Fantastic beachfront location with beautiful views. * easy access to pollensa and the port by bus or taxi (use mallorcab app) * The bar and restaurant staff were all friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. Cons This is definitely not a 4-star hotel—it’s much closer to a 3-star experience. There are lots of unexpected extra charges. You have to pay a deposit for beach towels, and despite the hotel being cashless, this has to be paid in cash. If you want to exchange your towel during your stay, there’s an additional charge each time. You also have to pay to use the room safe, which is disappointing for a hotel advertised as 4-star. The hotel displays signs encouraging guests to keep their room on departure day, but in reality this isn’t possible due to limited availability. Instead, you’re offered a 30-minute slot in a cramped, extremely hot changing room with a shower that fluctuate between scalding hot and freezing cold. The food was by far the biggest disappointment. Breakfast was acceptable, but lunch and dinner were poor. Much of the food was unappetising or inedible, and items that ran out were rarely replenished. Even the salad bar was poorly maintained, with limited choice and very uninspiring options The drinks at the bar were also below what you’d expect from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. Cocktails were clearly pre-made and tasted watered down. Guests are expected to keep hold of their reusable cups, and you’re only allowed one drink per person at a time, meaning you can’t order a bottle of water and an alcoholic drink together. Overall, the location and staff were the highlights of the holiday, but the extra charges, poor food quality, and disappointing all-inclusive experience mean I wouldn’t rate this as a 4-star hotel or choose to stay here again unless maybe on a bed and breakfast basis if the price difference seemed worth it

The food was extremely disappointing. There was very little variety, especially when it came to the meat dishes. The dessert selection was also very limited, and almost everything contained pork fat or gelatin, which I do not eat. As a result, I could hardly find anything suitable to eat. If it hadn't been for Omar and Murad, who helped me choose something, I would have gone to bed without having a proper meal. I have several friends from middle East, and if they ask me about my experience, I would not recommend visiting. I came here last year, and the food was good, but this year it has been very disappointing .
