Globales Don Pedro

The food was extremely disappointing. There was very little variety, especially when it came to the meat dishes. The dessert selection was also very limited, and almost everything contained pork fat or gelatin, which I do not eat. As a result, I could hardly find anything suitable to eat. If it hadn't been for Omar and Murad, who helped me choose something, I would have gone to bed without having a proper meal. I have several friends from middle East, and if they ask me about my experience, I would not recommend visiting. I came here last year, and the food was good, but this year it has been very disappointing .

The food was terrible for the money I spent for four months. It was unbelievable. Never come back again.

This was our sixth time at this hotel, but our first in 11 years and since the renovations. We have always loved the location and of course the view, but don’t think the renovations have enhanced the hotel. The air-conditioning appears to be old style and really needs updating. There was hardly any room to hang and store clothes we had to keep a lot of it in our Suitcase . Housekeeping was not great as was the entertainment which was very poor compared to other Globales Hotels. The bar and Dining Room staff are brilliant and a credit to this hotel. We will return one day, but hope that some improvements will have been made by then.

A fantastic holiday. My 3rd visit. Staff lovely. Views sensational. Suite lovely. Overall a delightful holiday.

Beautiful location. Right on the sea. Go for a sea view room. The views are impressive. The terrace of the hotel is lovely after dinner to sit on and watch the waves. We thought the food was good for a buffet. The seafood night on a Saturday night and the sushi on Wednesday evening were highlights for us. The staff were all super friendly and seemed to be a happy team. The receptionists were great including bea and the chefs were great including Omar who did the most amazing omelettes for breakfast. The floor in the dining room is slippery at times so wear good grip soles. This is due to the humidity of the air con so it drips down on the floor. The floor is not dirty. The air con in the rooms is not strong. We were first given a room under the sun terrace and the air con in was not working at all. The reception team moved us to another shadier room and all was well. Our room was nice and clean. We didn’t use the spa because we thought the massages were expensive at 85 Eurs for 50 mins. A few tips… do NOT use the pharmacy opposite the hotel. She tried to charge me 40 Eurs for some plasters that I got in a Pharmacy in port de pollensa for 4 eurs! She apparently charges what she feels like! The bus stop to pollensa and port de pollensa is really convenient a couple of mins walk from the hotel. Great bus service We did a fantastic excursion on a Robinson catamaran with no frills excursions. They organised pick up and drop off to our hotel for an extra 10 eurs. Great day out and a way to see the bay of pollensa.
