Stayed here for 7 nights with partner and two children, the hotel is very clean, room was lovely and large, lots of space with free safe, fridge and kettle. Beds comfy, even had Bbc1, 2 and it on the telly! Our children loved the mini disco, entertainment was good and chilled but there was always options to stroll into cala bona which is amazing and buzzing but very family orientated. Animation team great with the kids and work very hard indeed. Pool area lovely, 24 snack bar. We really enjoyed the food to the point we just couldn't stop eating! :) had proper English sausages at breakfast! The area is ace too, spoilt for choice on restaurants/ bars and also free shuttle to calor millor from hotel which was great for the beach and also for the shopping! I would definitely return!!

It’s a lovely hotel and the staff keep it well cleaned and tidy and they are a credit to Globales company. The walk into San Coma is about 15 minutes where the nightlife is on roughly at 21:30 ish. There are 2 venues in the town called Hotel Surf and Live Music which we attended and they have good acts on if that’s what you want. The food in the restaurant is lovely plenty of choice. Look at my photo of the desserts. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay lovely.

We had a lovely holiday at this Hotel. Me and my husband were staying here for 10 nights with my daughter and son-in- law. We were here to attend a wedding at Port Verd and we couldn't have picked a better Hotel. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable, nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel is just on the outskirts of Cala Bona - 10 min walk, and approx 20 min walk into Cala Millor. There is a free mini bus every 15 mins from the Hotel to Cala Millor. The rooms are very spacious, modern and comfortable, they have a kettle and fridge. Our room was on floor 3 overlooking the pool and was a perfect setting. The cleaners do an amazing job, rooms are cleaned every day and the whole hotel is immaculate. The food is delicious at every meal time, and there is a 24 hour snack bar which was welcome for our late arrival. The drinks, alcohol and soft, were fine for our liking. Last orders 11pm. The entertainment team work hard all day, providing day and night activities such as aqua gym, darts, archery, bingo, dance, karaoke etc. there are also external acts on some evenings. There is a little wooden bridge on the stroll into Cala Bona, please go and see the frogs ! Thank you Globales Isabel, you made our trip to Majorca a lovely experience x

Stayed here for 5 nights. 10 minutes walk from lots of bars and restaurants. Friendly staff. Lovely big room, spotlessly clean, large open wardrobe and drawers. Bathroom in need of an overhaul, definitely need to get rid of the shower curtain. Need a rubber bath mat in the bath too when showering as bath gets quite slippy. Air con in the room is inadequate. We did complain and a member of the site team came up straight away but spoke no English!! He ended up putting cardboard in the socket the key card goes in and told us to leave it there permanently so it would cool the room throughout the day. Not the solution we expected. Restaurant large and airy, tables inside and out. Unfortunately not a lot of choice food wise. Usual cooked breakfast food, bacon very fatty . Pancakes and churros very good. Tinned pineapple and peaches at breakfast, occasionally fresh pineapple, melon as well. Lunchtime selection not too bad salads ok. Evening meal if you like burgers, meatballs, dried up paella you’re ok. Plain pasta which looked dried up and left over from lunch. We ended up eating out every night as it wasn’t to our taste which was a shame . Plenty of sun beds, no need to reserve. All in all we enjoyed our stay it was just a shame that the food let it down for us.

Rooms were a great size, really nice and clean. Staff were all lovely and helpful sadly with 1 exception , a female member of bar staff spoke very negatively about some guests , making assumptions that no one understood Spanish. Food was OK, sometimes really nice , sometimes mediocre . Breakfast was always good and hot. The location is a fair walk from Csla Bona , but a nice flat walk. What let's the hotel down is the entertainment, as an all inclusive we would expect better. They advertise as starting at 9pm , this never happens. They run late and at times just dont do anything as advertised e.g karaoke , games night. The bar closes promptly at 11, which feels early for a holiday . All in all we had a lovely time , and the majority of staff were really good
