Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff we had a lovely time and for a 3 star it was value for money. My only issue would be the snack bar only have the same cheese and ham sandwiches every day cakes biscuits but plenty of fruit . Could have had a better choice of drinks but the snack bar and soft drinks are 24hr so was OK. Food was great we were all inclusive and had plenty of choice every day fir every meal . The pool area is small so we used thd beach everyday with the free shuttle bus , walking was too much . Yes I would go again but best suited for short breaks we done 5 nights and it was perfect.

We had 9 nights here at the end of June as a family of 4 (2 older kids). The positives. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean (everywhere), room cleaned every day if you wanted it. No issues getting a sunbed. There wasn't a day of our stay where there wasn't beds left unused. Rooms are huge. We had 2 rooms but could easily have fitted in one. Leaving the sofa bed as a bed wouldn't have been a problem. Fridge is also handy. Decent sized balconies. The entertainment staff (Alex and Cecilia) were excellent. Alex in particular was a hoot. Once he gets to know you don't expect any sympathy if you are hopeless at the activities, he'll cut you to ribbons...in a humourous way of course. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for 2 rooms together. Reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful whenever called upon. Pizzas were fantastic. The OK's. Food was usual AI fare. Pretty repetitive, lots of pork and fish. Always something to eat. As an exception, the breakfast was very good and a huge choice of items. Food was always hot though (except the pasta) and replenished regularly. The entertainment at night. I'm being generous putting this in the OK's. The standard is pretty dire, which in its own way made it entertaining enough. The AI drink is the usual watered down, local stuff but there was no issues ordering more than the max 2 stated. Bar staff were efficient but not really friendly as such. Maybe they just didn't like me ! Location, 10/15 walk to Cala Bona and double to Cala Millor. Bus stop is literally right outside the hotel though. There is also a free shuttle bus run from the hotel. The negatives (being really picky here) Bathrooms are small, with a shower over the bath and curtain. Bit dated. Bed was comfortable but very noisy getting in/out, metal framed, spring type. You have to wait to be served wine in the dining room (no self service). Never seen that before. All in all, we had a great time and I would happily return. Caves of Drach are well worth a visit. We just arranged ourselves, local bus direct from the hotel to the caves and tickets bought online. Cost about £90 all in (4 adults). Booking an 'excursion' was nearer £250 !! Cala Bona has a nice marina and a few shops and bars. Cala Millor is much larger and busier. Private transfer took around an hour from the airport to the hotel. Heard reports of 2.5 hours for those who used the Jet2 transfer.

Lovely hotel with very hard working and friendly staff. As so many people have already mentioned, the hotel is spotless, rooms a great size and food very good, with the breakfast being my favourite! Not suitable for families who want a lot of action and entertainment although there are activities throughout the day. Great walk in to Cala Bona, a road train and a courtesy shuttle bus to Cala Millor, which was a nice touch, where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would happily return here as really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very clean, through out. The room was very spacious and comfortable, it was cleaned every day and towels changed. We stayed 12 nights and the bed linen was changed during our stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful, including the cleaners. We had a problem with our safe and it was dealt with very promptly. Swimming pool area very nice and always got sunbeds. We stayed bed & breakfast, which had a good choice. We would have given a score of 5, but for two slight niggles, one being about the wristband, which we had to put money on, to buy drinks, we thought it would have been simpler, to just pay cash. The other niggle was that being B&B we would have liked to be able to buy a snack at lunch time, maybe a sandwich or a toastie, but there was nothing available. Cala Bona is a lovely place and we had a great time, Isabel is a very nice hotel, apart from the two niggles. Thankyou😎

You get what you pay for at this hotel. Overall the hotel is okay, I'll start off with the positives. Great location - about a 20min lovely walk up the coast to Cala Bona town centre where you have a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms and public areas are clean - rooms can be cleaned everyday if you need, bar and restaurant area well maintained and pool area all great. Pool and bar area - loads of sunbeds so no running for them in the morning and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating at the bar. Staff - staff weren't overly friendly (with us anyway) but they worked hard and seemed nice. Special mention to Maria on reception :) For the cons I do want to mention me and my partner were half board but from what we gathered all inclusive is not worth it at this hotel. All inclusive does not mean all inclusive here, you get a very limited drinks menu and if you want to have the other 80% of the menu you need to buy an all inclusive premium package. Drinks - we were half board so no included drinks but I got a pornstar martini which was about €9. Literally the worst cocktail ive ever had, was like lime sugar water. My partner got a beer which was nice. All inclusive you can only have half pints of beer, they do not allow pints, then basically like wine, 5 or 6 basic cocktails and basic spirits (I've included photos of the drinks menu, blue are the items you can have on regular All Inclusive and purple is what you would get if you bought their premium all inclusive package, as you can see theres a big difference). We did ask how much to upgrade from Half board to all inclusive and they said €35 per person per day. I'm guessing it would be about the same to upgrate to all inclusive premium. They have juice and fizzy drinks by snack table for you to help yourself. Snack bar - this was BAD. Again we didn't use it as we weren't all inclusive but it was basically some fruit and biscuits from left over breakfast and ham and cheese sandwiches sat out in the sun and curling up at the ends. Really dire stuff for an all inclusive hotel. Entertainment - some basic activities throughout the day like snooker, shuffleboard, water Zumba etc. And we only stayed in the hotel for the first night as we got there late but it was basically silence until 9.30pm and then an acoustic reggae act. Needless to say we went out every night after that so can't comment on the rest of the week. Food - food was okay, basically the same stuff everyday. We changed from dinner to lunch so we could have dinner out every night but by the end of the 4 days I was really sick of eating the same breakfast and lunch items. A lot of stuff swimming in oil. Like literally a bowl of cheese cubes next to the salad which was sat in a load of oil. I'm very much a sweet person too and the dessert section was pretty dire. Again if I'd paid for all inclusive I'd expect a lot more than what they were offering. Times - says pool times are 10am-6pm but when we were there it was about 30 degrees by 8am. People were literally dying in the heat wanting to get in the pool so in the end we just did. I think saying you can't get in the pool until 10am is ridiculous. Also the bar is 10am-11pm which i think is very early for a hotel bar. Go into Cala Bona and head to the bars there, most of them open until 1am. Special mention to 60s Music Bar, great vibes, great tunes and some very good singers on. Overall for a 3 star hotel you probably get what you pay for i just feel for an All Inclusive hotel it should really up its game a little bit. I'd expect a better snack bar, more options of drinks and better entertainment. Would not come back here but definitely would go back to Cala Bona. It's a lovely place!
