This 3 Star hotel beats most 4 star hotels we've been to. It was an excellant stay. I would suggest taking the allinclusive option as a good 15 min walk to the town and the food choice at the hotel was very good.

Mum and daugter (16yrs) from North Yorkshire, 4 night last minute booking. The hotel was very clean, great location, mostly friendly and helpful staff. It felt safe due to being a small, family run hotel. Rooms were large and spacious, bathroom dated with a shower over bath with bath curtain but perfectly fine. Shower curtain rail fell down during 1st shower but the owner got this sorted the following day by maintenance team. Pool was small but ok, loads of sunbeds at all times of day...no sun bed wars which was why I booked here!! Fantastic! We were all inclusive, food was ok. English breakfast, freshly cooked omlettes and fried eggs, yoghurts, fruit, breads. Lunch and dinner had varied options for everyone, lovely choice of salads, paellas, pasta, stews, show cooking fish and meats, evening themed nights Mexican night, Italian, Spanish night. Fresh fruit and puddings great choice. For a small hotel I think the meal options were good. All staff were very hard working and friendly in buffet. Let downs for me were the AI drinks, very basic offering, very little included, which i have never experienced before. The snack bar was very poor quality, sandwiches, fruit and biscuits only. Things happened during our stay e.g towels been taken from room and not replaced, even when towels were hung up, then couldn't get more as laundry staff had left for day. Been asked to leave buffet table as we had finished but buffet was still open for another 15mins so that felt a bit odd. In all the hotel was nice, small and friendly but really sad to say I personally wouldn't return.

We have just got back from here as a family of 5 with children of different age ranges. We lost count of the amount of people that we heard saying that this was their 4th/ 5th visit etc and we can see why. We had the such a brilliant stay. Rooms were lovely, housekeeping did a wonderful job at keeping them clean for the week. Pool was great especially safe for the little ones and the lifeguards very friendly. The restaurant was great, food always very fresh and delicious, the staff did a great job at ensuring that food was replaced. Entertainment was brilliant, just enough to keep you entertained but allowing you to have a peaceful stay too. All staff very polite and always said hello, they were all incredibly helpful. We loved the hotel, the area and the ability to travel about so conveniently with the bus stop right outside the hotel. We would never usually visit a place twice but we would absolutely return and were incredibly sad to leave.

This was a short break with my granddaughter for her 16th birthday Hotel is situated well, walking distance of all thw shops/bars restaurants. There is a bus stop directly outside hotel gates that will take you to other locations on the island, we travelled to Porto cristo for the day. Calla millor beach is outstanding. Hotel has a nice relaxed atmosphere and its friendly. Room was generous in size plenty of wardrobe space, beds were comfortable but pillows could do with an upgrade. Very clean, nice white bedding and towels. Dining room small but we always found a table and never queued, staff were helpful and friendly. Food was generally good, bit repetitive but always found something to eat. Bar drinks let it down. Cocktails were awful and if you wanted a proper cocktail you had to pay. On the plus side they did do prosecco/spirits Pool can get a bit crowded when its busy as its only small and when people use floats it can get a bit too much. The steps out of the pool need attention very unsafe and the poolside toilets need updating. Snack buffet poor, melon, dried bread sandwiches and some dry biscuits. Not great. I would rate this hotel a 3 star but great if you want good location and somewhere clean and comfortable 3.5/5

Could not recommend this hotel enough, had an amazing experience all staff was lovely. Also had amazing entertainer Alex and amazing bartenders Fabian, Ahmed and Jessica all lovely and made u extremely welcome and comfortable amazing team. Food was amazing couldn’t ask for much more would definitely go again.
