This hotel is in a good location for a few gift shops, a couple of bars and the beach. It is labelled as a 4*...it is not this ...a 3* more appropriate. The rooms are very clean and we had a pool view which seemed a bit larger than the standard room as it was a corner room (339). Keyless entry to the room is good but you have to pay for the room safe and pool towels. (Quite expensive) We were on an "All inclusive " board to which we can confirm the food areas were clean and hygiene was good. Food variety was poor...lunch and dinner were the same; with the buffet not being sufficiently replenished so items were often not available. The food was often luke warm and not labelled correctly. The snack bar which is open 10 till 6 is poor with the burgers hot dogs and chips cold. Breakfast was ok. That being said my wife who is very particular when it comes to food was able to find enough food to eat at mealtimes. The bar was available during day from 10am up till midnight, but not sufficiently staffed with long queues and some of the staff were not customer focused and friendly and didn't seem to want to be there. However a special shout out to Amber who bucked the trend and was always helpful and had a smile on her face. Overall I would mark this a 7 out if 10 and personally if you are looking for something cheaper to take the family then this may be an option. If ur looking for a quality hotel with excellent 4* service and food, it is not. Unfortunately I will not be returning and honestly would not recommend.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast ,hotel clean. Staff working incredibly hard and all friendly and always with a smile . Special thanks to the two lads, Michael and Moises, the entertainment team, as they went all out to give everyone a good time . Every day, they were at their best, wonderful with all the children there, and found time to talk to guests . For myself and my husband, they made our stay at your hotel a very happy and memorable one . I also spoke to other guests who were singing there praises . Well done Michael and Moises .

Pros: *The food pleasantly surprised us with its variety and quality. I think it can satisfy even the pickiest eaters, myself included. I’ve attached some photos. * Excellent location, just a short walk from the beach. Cons: * The rooms definitely need renovation. In their current condition, they don’t offer the comfort or appearance you would expect from a 4-star hotel. I’ve attached photos of the shower as an example. This is simply not something that should be found in a hotel room, regardless of its star rating. * One morning, at 8:30 a.m., a housekeeper simply walked into our room. From what I’ve read in other reviews, we were not an isolated case. The housekeeping staff were otherwise very friendly, but it’s not acceptable to enter guests’ rooms at 8:30 in the morning. * Even if the rooms had better soundproofing, the large gap under the entrance door means you can hear absolutely everything from both the hallway and the neighboring rooms. * If you’re planning to book a room facing the street, keep in mind that there’s a nightclub directly across the road. During the week we stayed there, they only had one party, so I’m not sure what their regular schedule is. However, when they do have events, the music is extremely loud and can be clearly heard from the rooms.

I thought the hotel staff were excellent the cleaners the bar staff reception and dining area staff they were all lovely and very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the two entertainment guys Michael & Moses they worked very very hard. Looked after the children really well and provided a memorable experience for all the children. They are a credit to your company

The entertainment people Moise and Michael were absolutely fantastic. Lots of activities for everyone really well thought out and made everyone feel really welcome. The best entertainment I have known in a hotel. All of the other staff were really friendly and conscientious and couldn't be more helpful really good.
