Nice hotel, super clean and in a nice area. Breakfast was amazing (we were on a B&B basis). All of the staff are really friendly. Entertainment was a bit strange, acts/activities advertised were different to what was actually happening. All of the live singers were great though! We were in the apartment block across the road, which was fine in itself. However, we were there with our 2 children (one 5 months old and one 22 months) and there were no lifts and very steep steps. It was a pain having to carry the children/pram/luggage etc. The beach is Son Baulo is beautiful but there isn’t much around. Pool area was immaculate and you could always get a sunbed!

Check in was quick and easy. We had booked a one bedroomed apartment which was over the road and not actually in the hotel. There were quite a few steps to get the luggage up which would be difficult with a young family or elderly relatives. The room was nice although not much space to hang clothes, our drawers were in the wardrobe and it was difficult to open the drawers as the wardrobe door get springing back. The maids are amazing, came every day and did a really good job. The food in the restaurant was good, I am really fussy but always found something to eat. If you were vegan you would struggle but they did have vegetarian options. The pool was quite cold but warmed up when you were in and it was always easy to get a sunbed. There was always a lifeguard on duty who didnt allow inflatables in the pool, which is fair enough. We were All inclusive plus, which gave us some branded drinks. Some of the bar staff were unsure what we could and couldnt have which was frustrating as the first day we arrived we were able to have everything, so I guess it depends who serves you. The entertainment was hit and miss, some activities listed did not go ahead even though we waited at the correct time and place, which again was disappointing. I think a few more activities in the day or at least those advertised would be great. The bingo was 12 euros a strip, lots of people bought tickets but the main prize was only 49 euros and not always a prize for a line, I know the hotel take a percentage but that seems a bit too low of a prize for the guests. The hotel is close to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to Can Picafort, which had lots of shops and restaurants.

Rudy on reception when we arrived was great Very helpful and other times during our stay Bar staff could take a lesson from him Room with sea view lovely, clean and tidy Coffee machine in room no kettle, we managed but don’t know if could hire one Great big pool, lovely to swim in doing length swimming, not good for kids , lifeguard did not let any ball games or inflatables in , Smaller pool on other side were kids were playing , pool guy covers both pools unless he is on lunch , no cover then Food ok , that’s all I can say Kids club , play area The two singing acts were great, rest of entertainment was ok, no quiz on Saturday evening as advertised All inclusive only local stuff, all inclusive + £18 a day each, then you get branded Bar staff not very helpful, bit rude, and can leave you waiting at the Bar while chatting to other members of staff, rude Spa very good and prices are ok

Arrived late at night and from around 3am was kept awake with drilling coming from downstairs. I spoke to reception in the morning, who reassured me it must have just been guests checking out overnight. Then when I went downstairs to breakfast, I found there to be a number of doors leaned against the wall that had been taken off the hinges during the night - which proved my theory to be correct. In addition to this, the hotel rooms walls are paper thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, pack some ear plugs! The pool and terrace area are nice and mostly clean, with generally plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available throughout the day. The all inclusive drinks are a load of rubbish. Very basic options and only 5 cocktail options, of which are pre-made, luke warm and taste awful. Speaking of Luke warm, the food is never hot. If you like eating hake or pork, then you’re going to love it as that was offered for every lunchtime and evening meal. The cold buffet and puddings were good, but the hot food was greasy, full of oil and contained meat that was either 90% bone or fat. My double room with a pool view did not in fact give a pool view at all. This was disputed with the hotel, but they insisted that it was a pool view (see photos and make your own mind up). Photos also demonstrate the worn down rooms that are in need of some refurbishment and TLC. The shower also leaked every time, no matter how I angled the shower head or lowered the water flow. The entertainment was very hit and miss. There was a weekly entertainment schedule for daytime and evening, but half the time it changed without explanation or they just didn’t bother to do it at all. Very disappointing when there’s not a lot else going on in the area. If you are physically fit, a walk into Can Picafort is a great place to explore and have a drink or two, particularly on a Friday when they have a market. Overall, the hotel is so far off of a 4 star rating. It is a 3 star at best. Very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend or return.

Lovely hotel right near the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and entertainment. Our room had a lovely view of the sea. We enjoyed the interaction of the Animation team, both Michel and Moises were very friendly and approachable. Brilliant value for money.
