Lovely hotel, great breakfast ,hotel clean. Staff working incredibly hard and all friendly and always with a smile . Special thanks to the two lads, Michael and Moises, the entertainment team, as they went all out to give everyone a good time . Every day, they were at their best, wonderful with all the children there, and found time to talk to guests . For myself and my husband, they made our stay at your hotel a very happy and memorable one . I also spoke to other guests who were singing there praises . Well done Michael and Moises .

Pros: *The food pleasantly surprised us with its variety and quality. I think it can satisfy even the pickiest eaters, myself included. I’ve attached some photos. * Excellent location, just a short walk from the beach. Cons: * The rooms definitely need renovation. In their current condition, they don’t offer the comfort or appearance you would expect from a 4-star hotel. I’ve attached photos of the shower as an example. This is simply not something that should be found in a hotel room, regardless of its star rating. * One morning, at 8:30 a.m., a housekeeper simply walked into our room. From what I’ve read in other reviews, we were not an isolated case. The housekeeping staff were otherwise very friendly, but it’s not acceptable to enter guests’ rooms at 8:30 in the morning. * Even if the rooms had better soundproofing, the large gap under the entrance door means you can hear absolutely everything from both the hallway and the neighboring rooms. * If you’re planning to book a room facing the street, keep in mind that there’s a nightclub directly across the road. During the week we stayed there, they only had one party, so I’m not sure what their regular schedule is. However, when they do have events, the music is extremely loud and can be clearly heard from the rooms.

I thought the hotel staff were excellent the cleaners the bar staff reception and dining area staff they were all lovely and very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the two entertainment guys Michael & Moses they worked very very hard. Looked after the children really well and provided a memorable experience for all the children. They are a credit to your company

The entertainment people Moise and Michael were absolutely fantastic. Lots of activities for everyone really well thought out and made everyone feel really welcome. The best entertainment I have known in a hotel. All of the other staff were really friendly and conscientious and couldn't be more helpful really good.

Doesn't feel 4 star. The spa has earned it its 4th. Its very very clean and comfortable but not that luxurious. The main issue is the food. Im not in the least fussy. And I do think sometimes there's a crazy amount of choice. But not here. It's the least Mediterranean food ive seen. Only a handful of options and a lot of it is served just say warm. Stews and beans and veg consistently so. Not particularly well seasoned. And just nothing that was special for being on holiday. Often looked better than tasted. Desserts again, lack of much choice and pretty boring stuff. I feel there's a pretty tight budget on the buffet menu. No luxury meals at all. Drinks were nice.. all types. Very good maids and maintenance staff. Entertainment on an evening mostly football but in one week we did see some singers 2 nights who were good. Kids disco was consistent.. Main pool was heated and like a bath fir the first 4 days until I and a few other people suggested turning it off and the hotel said they didn't realise it was on! It had been uncomfortably hot to swim in. If the food had been more special, hot and more Spanish, id have been happy Ps. Its our last day today
