The room was spotless, super clean, and really comfortable. We loved the pool, and the kids' area with the slides was top-notch—the little ones spent all day there! It was such a treat not having to worry about food at all. Everything was delicious, the snack bar was great for quick bites, and the themed dinners were a nice touch each evening. The front desk and the entire staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. To wrap up the day, it was a real pleasure to sit back and enjoy the day Time and evening entertainment, which was very pleasant. Big thanks to the whole team, we'd definitely come back!

Everything was well thought out to make guests feel at home. The restaurant service was smooth and the food quality was surprisingly high for a hotel resort. Our highlights were definitely the evening events and the enthusiasm of the activity team—they kept the momentum going while allowing plenty of space for those who just wanted to unwind by the pool.

Where do I start with this one. So the positives were that it was a very clean hotel and the slides in the pool were perfect for my 5 and 7 year old, however they weren't working on our last day. Food was terrible. Very poor choice and made me ill. For the first 4 nights I wasnt well, possibly from the rice as I had paella, risotto and boiled rice over those days that my family hadn't eaten. At breakfast the cereal was like cardboard, there was a huge queue for pancakes which they only cooked 8 at a time and some people would take 4 to themselves they were also very lightly cooked so didn't taste that great either. Their were lots of pastries but hardly ever any croissants and often dry and not fresh tasting. The cooked breakfast on some days was really dried up and never tasted great. Deserts were a very poor selection and ice cream was often melted or too hard to scoop. Several days they didn't even have vanilla, you would scoop the white one into your bowl thinking it was vanilla and very often it was lemon and tangy and didn't go with your desert. Sometimes there were okay salads but always flies all over them as the restaurant was all open to outside which also meant the air con wasn't great so in 30-34 degree weather we were sweltering while eating dinner. The snack bar was very poor with dried up pastries and cereal all open to flies and dried up burgers and hotdogs. We never ate from there. All inclusive drinks were very disappointing, only 3 basic cocktails which were none that I would usually drink, fruit juices felt like theg were watered down and not nice. Any normal cocktails like pink colada, mojito, mai tai etc were all 6.70 Euros each. The little old woman who sometimes served in there was also very rude and unhelpful. Sometimes shut the snack bar before 6pm and if you just wanted to grab one quick drink she wouldn't let you. Also wouldn't serve me a chocolate milkshake (payable) in the evening entertainment that my daughter had every evening. Just kept saying no!? You had to keep your plastic cups too or exchange them for tokens so you only had one which was a bit of a pain as we sometimes forgot to bring them down with us. Evening entertainment wasn't great at all, very hot for a start and uncomfortable. There was air-conditioning but doors were always permanently open so it was no use and throughout the whole building their air con was poor, was okay in the rooms but even on full blast you would never feel really cold. The animation team worked hard but the mini disco was poor with a lot of foreign songs, I think it was ran but a French tour operator Franissimo so a lot of French people there. We travelled with Easyjet but there are no Easyjet staff on site so no welcome meeting or any information from them. There were 2 singing acts that we saw over the week, one was very good the other just okay other than that there was nothing that entertaining just kareoke, bingo and raffles that you paid for with poor prizes. Also saw cockroaches in there on a couple of the nights. The pools are good but the 2 main ones were very deep so only a small area that my child who had recently learnt to swim could use. Disappointed the adults couldn't use the slides as my youngest would only go on some of them with me. Wasn't too hard to get sunbeds. The play area is also very small and disappointing my kids didn't bother with it. The table tennis table we were hoping to use a few days into our holiday and was closed up, unsure why so that was a shame and the pool tables were always in use on the evening. Our room was okay nothing special but the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The kids slept on a sofa bed which you could feel the bars below through the mattress and our mattress was ridiculously hard that gave me a bad back for days and sleepless nights. I went to speak to reception about it and they swapped it for a memory foam one which was great I just wish I had done it earlier. The balcony was small and only 2 chairs so could never relax on there with family. We had an awful drain smell in our bathroom too and the shower gel bottle ran out half way through the week and was never refilled. The safe was 40 euros for the room so we gave that a miss but on one night I had 10 Euros go missing from my handbag. When we were leaving on our last day the cleaner had mopped the floor from the lift on B side to the snack bar and put the wet floor sign up round the corner which I wouldn't have seen so came out the lift and slipped quite badly throwing all my belongings across the floor. The cleaner did come and help me get up but I was so badly bruised and sore for a long time after this. The beach was definitely worth a trip out to. There is a free bus every day except Sunday and we put it off because of the heat but went the temperature dropped after a storm we decided to go and glad we did as the sea was so lovely and warm and clean and nice sand for the kids to build with too. 2 of the reception ladies were really lovely and helpful. Overall it felt quite a boring and unenjoyable holiday, however my kids loved the slides and spent most our week on them. I actually spent our first night trawling through local hotels to see if any had space to move to as we were so disappointed, however because none of them had slides which my kids loved we agreed to stay and stick it out.

The hotel is great, my room was super and the staff were superlative! Every single one of the staff I spoke to were helpful, polite and friendly. Nevertheless, I will name a couple who stood out even more: Sandra, Marisa, Gerard, Kevin and Mulaye! Congratulations to the hotel management for employing such great people!!
