Well, this was booked as we needed a week away or peace and quiet, we were a little apprehensive as it was our first time in Majorca We booked with TUI and flights etc were excellent as always We arrived at the hotel to 5* welcome, the receptionist Diana was so warm and welcoming, her English excellent and overall service was fantastic, We were offered an upgrade to a suite and this was a great , the room was spacious and had tea, coffee and a kettle, bath & shower! We are half way through our stay and it is more than we were expecting Food is plentiful with huge variety, fresh seafood was amazing and the charcuterie one of the best I have seen The restaurant does get busy, but the staff do a fab job of keeping tables clear, never had to wait! Whilst we don’t take part in the entertainment the staff put in a huge effort and it is great to see smiling faces and the sound of laughing, watching grownups running on a pool mat trying to get to the end is very amusing! The beds have memory foam topper and are very comfortable , the area is very quiet but some lovely walks and three great shops nearby There was never an issue getting a dinner, and for those who want cover there is plenty of shaded areas We took the free bus to Arenal, if you like the beach you will love this , but not much else to do, Overall Diana set the standard and everything else was amazing Thank you for making out stay relaxing and memorable! Hotel most certainly isn't a 4*. Very small despite the pictures and can't get a coffee until 8am, nothing in room and no machines to get one anywhere that was open before the 8am breakfast time. The restaurant was very small and despite having tables outside when our group of 4 cam down for dinner at 8.30pm there was no tables to sit anywhere. The waiting staff not very quick to clear the tables either and it didn't matter when we got our food it was always cold! Juices weren't tasting like juice more like squash and the coffee machines were useless. Rooms were clean and an amazing patio with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers but only a couple of rooms had this our friends had a very small patio with just enough room to sit down. Basic bathrooms only shower gel as complimentary, just a sheet on the bed I got quite cold and had to put a duvet (in wardrobe) on but that was my preference. Although all inclusive the drinks were weak and naff coke/lemonade made them taste weird. Cocktails weren't very alcoholic although requested a Pina Colada it was all ice and something else! You had to buy jugs of cocktails if you wanted them (no need really as bar wasn't exactly full). Branded ice-creams had to be purchased, the snack bar was the same food every day and again stone cold. You could get beach towels for 10 euro refundable but if you wanted them changed you had to pay 1 euro per towel - never heard of such a thing. The pool was cold despite the lovely weather. We got a bus to Palma town from outside the hotel took about 25 mins and you tap your card when you get on and tap when off great system! Glad I only had 2 nights there as wouldn't go again

Great place to stay with family. Plenty of variety in the restaurant but a lot of cross contamination with food. Pool is very clean and there are plenty of sun loungers

Just got back from our holiday at this amazing hotel. Could not fault anything about it. The food was amazing such great choices. The staff was very friendly. Everywhere was nice and clean. We would definitely go back

I cant believe people gave bad reviews. The hotel is very nice and food excellent. For the price its unbeatable. The entertainment team including Louis and Maya as special mentions are simply superb. We wil be back
